Absolutely beautiful

This place was stunning inside and out. The bedrooms were perfect for our group cooking was made easy with everything you could possibly imagine and check-in was easy. Our host was very accommodating to all of our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone staying.

Perfect for New Years Eve!

We had a wonderful time here celebrating New Year’s Eve. Originally, we really wanted to book a cabin for NYE but found that this house ended up being PERFECT! Location was great for what we were doing but neighborhood was still quiet like a cabin. Super close to downtown and Prescott’s famous “NYE Boot Drop”. We literally had the best time and would HIGHLY recommend doing this! Some of the amenities we really loved: Most of the rooms had king size beds for the couples on the trip! The kitchen and coffee bar were stocked with anything we needed. Made cooking at the house SO EASY. The big dining table made playing games and eating meals together really enjoyable. It was a little too cold for us on the deck but it’s definitely very nice. Mirandy was very responsive and made sure the house was stocked with everything we needed. Didn’t have to communicate much during the trip because she made sure everything was taken care of and communicated ahead of time. Checkout list was fair and reasonable. Did not ask for us too much outside of making sure trash was taken out, dishes were done, and towels were on the floor of bathrooms. Overall, we loved this property and the memories we made here. If you have a bigger group like ours it really is a great house.

The house was beautiful, very clean, and plenty of space for our group. Loved sitting outside and grilling. Challenges keeping a couple bedroom cool during the night.

Unfortunately, this home was not the best experience for us. Having two younger children and the home having an issue with spiders and wasp both inside and outside. We ended up having to rent a room at a hotel and leave the home a few days before our trip was complete.

Perfect place for 3 couples

I loved the property. There were three very separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, two nice group areas and great outside areas. It was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely love stay there again!

Beautiful retreat house

This was a great place for our family to escape. The house is close to town but feels secluded. Inside the house is beautifully decorated and feels homey. Outside the house has several areas to sit and relax. The bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a cute well stocked coffee bar that we utilized a lot. This house is definitely at the top of my list of places to revisit. Next time we will bring some friends.

Family getaway

This was was such a great meeting place for my family. The house is beautiful and so is the surrounding landscape. It was equipped with everything we would need in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable.

Stunning Property

Absolutely loved this property. Took a long weekend with a friend and my mother to visit my son who goes to college in Prescott. We were all impressed with this place. The layout of the house was perfect for us we all had our own separate space. So many beautiful outdoor spaced to enjoy the sunshine. This is the 1st VRBO that I’ve had an perfectly seamless check-in. Would definitely recommend this property and will plan on returning again hopefully soon.

Amazing Prescott Getaway

My sisters and our husbands wanted to escape the Phoenix heat and with Prescott less than 2hrs away, it was the perfect place for a last minute getaway. Located in a quiet, hilly neighborhood just minutes from downtown Prescott and Watson Lake, this home is off the beaten path, yet convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. We were able to squeeze in some hiking, biking and kayaking, and even found time to explore the quaint historic downtown Prescott area. We highly recommend El Gato Azul, a cute little tapas restaurant located along the creek with an amazing patio. Great for dining or HH. You can tell the home is older, but it's been fully remodeled and nicely appointed with high-end furniture and fixtures. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable everything was. So often, there isn't enough seating, but there was plenty of seating for our large group to all watch movies or play board games in the living and dining room. The master suite is spectacular with it's wrap around windows and private deck. Complete with a couple of chaise lounges, my husband and I were able to escape for a little quiet time. The home has multiple levels and several patios and decks all around the home, which allowed us to chase or escape the sun throughout the day. Morning coffee and yoga was always on the large sunny deck just off the kitchen and dining room, and we enjoyed daily Happy Hours under the large covered entryway, which stayed shady and cool all day long. It was the perfect location for hanging out and visiting while the guys grilled on the new stainless BBQ. Speaking of dinner, one of the best features of the home is the large, open dining room, surrounded by large picture windows and amazing views. It comfortably seats 10 and because the kitchen is so well appointed, we were able to cook everything from steak, pasta and casseroles. We even baked cookies for dessert. The owner, Mirandy, is very friendly, great a communicating and quick to reply. The only issue we had with the home was that the pipes made some loud noises when the toilets were flushed or the water was run in the 2nd & 3rd bathrooms. I'm sure this is something that can be fixed and would greatly improve the sleeping experience. Outside of this minor issue, I would highly recommend this home this home for a couples or large family getaway. ~ Linda
