The views are the first feature you will notice as you walk into the living area. Breathtaking views of Beaver Creek through huge vaulted windows! Enjoy those views from the large open floor plan with plenty of seating both in the living area and at the dining table. The kitchen is not only beautiful but also thoughtfully constructed and fully stocked. Also on the main level is a 3/4, fully stocked bathroom.
The Primary bedroom suite, with a King bed, and bathroom are located on the upper floor. Privacy abounds and includes an outdoor deck.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 occupy the lower walkout level. Bedroom 2 includes both a full bed and bunk beds. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed with a door leading to an outdoor patio. The lower level is finished out with the laundry facilities and a full bathroom.
This townhome is located on the Town of Avon free town bus route and next to Nottingham Lake. You will appreciate being minutes from world-class skiing, at Beaver Creek and Vail via the Westin Riverfront Gondola or the free bus route, mountain bike riding at the Avon Preserve, all the shopping and dining that make Avon the Heart of the Vail Valley. We have put together a binder with all of our favorite restaurants and activities in the area. You will also find local hiking books for year round activities.

Hello! I'm an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys everything from backpacking to biking to kayaking and of course, skiing. I've have been hosting for over 10 years with other properties and love meeting people from all over the world.
Why they chose this property
Great combination of access to the ski mountains plus in-town, walkable, rideable location. The views of the ski slope from the living room are stunning in every season. Nottingham Lake is just a short walk and the walking path around the lake is a great stroll. In the summer, you can enjoy activities at the pavilion, and the beach. And for those of you with kids or grandkids like me, the playground is amazing. Plus, the local free bus stop is just a 2 minute walk from our front door. The bus takes you all over town and up to the ski resort. Honestly, there is so much to love about this location! Enjoy and explore!
