Great stay, great location, will be back.
We had a great stay! You could not beat the location and being right on the beach. The week we attended the county was renovating the public beach access, which essentially meant the beach was closed off to everyone but those staying at One Seagrove Place. Despite that, the beach was very crowded on the one sunny day we had during the week. I'd hate to think what it looks like once the public access has reopened.
Unit 1004 was well furnished and decorated, and on the surface was very clean. The unit could, however, really use a good deep clean. Things like bookshelves, decor items, and even some electrical outlets were coated in dust from not being touched for so long. Again, the main surfaces were spotless and this would not deter me from booking another stay here. Just think a quarterly or bi-annual deep scrub could be beneficial.
Overall, this place was awesome. We loved walking across the parking lot for donuts each morning and then right across the street for ice cream each night. The front desk staff was very friendly. The rental company they use for chairs and golf carts was great to work with. There was not a lot of noise in the evenings, which was nice. We will definitely be booking here for our next visit!
