Because this is a privately-owned home, it is available to families or small groups limited to 6 adults.
The Whitecliff Condominiums have spectacular views of Lake Travis, a pool, 12 seat Jacuzzi and an extensive lakefront deck. The units are tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchens that include dinnerware, cookware and coffee makers. Linens and bath towels are provided. Housekeeping is available upon request. Each unit has one assigned covered parking space, with guest parking in the uncovered area. Boats are limited to launching at Pace Bend Park.

Really enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing, the lake was beautiful!! Everything from booking to check-in to checkout was super quick and easy, and communication was prompt. Will definitely be returning!
Condo, pool, hot tub, all very nice. Beds were good, no tv in master bedroom, but this not a big deal for us.
I would say that the walk down to the slip was brutal. The last 8-10 steps at the bottom were without handrails, making the trek up or down dangerous as well as arduous. To be fair, lake levels may have been fluctuating a lot before our stay, and such stairways are typical on Travis. Nearness to Briarcliff Marina is a big plus, both for launching, rentals, and the Lighthouse Restaurant (host left a coupon for free chips and queso in the room).
At first I wasn't excited to be on a cliff but it turned out great because the views were great. The condo worked out well and was clean. It was nice to have a marina only five minutes away.
Great View, Good property, unfortunate maintenance fluke
Property is in a great location directly on the water and above the pool giving it great views. The interior was sufficient for our group with good common spaces, and the grill worked great and was stocked with extra propane. Unfortunately, there was a maintenance fluke with the AC on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Disappointing, but it happens to homes. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout the stay as well with the problem. She and the owner worked with us to resolve the issue and salvage our weekend to ensure everyone had a good vacation. If you are looking at this area I believe you can trust this property to give you a good stay.
We picked this condo because of the location, waterview and boat slip. A few hours after we arrived at the condo I noticed there was water damage around the AC vent in the kitchen. It was obviously known by the owner/manager because there were extra sets of metal clamps trying to hold the vent to the ceiling. The sheetrock was bubbled and mold growing all around the edge and on the grill. With further investigation mold was seen on a bathroom vent, exhaust fan and in the laundry room. It is extremely irresponsible that they continued to rent this condo when they knew there was water damage. I would not stay at the condo and if you choose to I would ask for a certificate verifying that a PROPER mold remediation was performed. Mold can be very damaging to health especially if you have any underlying condition. Disgusting!
We needed a place to spend the night close to a family holiday and this fit the bill perfectly. Nice place, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the lake.
Its a little outdated but its a good place for the price and in a nice quiet neighborhood and right infront of the lake. You cant beat that and water was beautiful and clean. My kids loved it especially being able to see fish right from the dock
The condo was clean and well maintained and Shelly was extremely helpful! Even had some discount coupons for the Lighthouse Restaurant nearby. (Which was excellent!)
