Spent one night (married couple, late 40s) with our dog while looking for property in the area. This was a perfect spot for us. Space was clean and very warm despite the temps being well below 0* F.
The place was warm and very clean. It is well stocked with utensils. There’s plenty of turn around room in the driveway. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the couch was very uncomfortable and short. Given that the place is really only good for two people to sleep in the bed.
Was in the area for moose hunting and this property is in a great location. Easy check in and out process and very quick response from the owner! Everything was very accurate in the listing.
Lovely little cottage in upper Vermont. Clean, comfortable, and overall well equipped and maintained. Short drive to Canada or New Hampshire. Lots of activities nearby including a huge amount of trails and wilderness areas.
Susan is a wonderful host who communicated with us quickly and concisely.
This cabin was perfect for our vacation to Averill Lake. Right next to Lake Store if you need anything and close to April Maple a great town hotspot! Walking distance to lake Averill, short drive to beach. Unit was older but super clean! Yard was great and cabin was simple but exactly what we were looking for this short trip!
This summer camp was immaculately clean and in the perfect place for eclipse viewing. The owner was promptly responsive and very helpful. Only two complaints: a very muddy sloping driveway that made me fear getting stuck, and a bathroom door that came off its track. It would have been good to know about the room enclosing the futon: happily it suited my very short travel companion, but a taller person would not have fit in it.
The place worked out great for us for snowmobiling! Sue is a great host and super easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely come back.
