Just a Stone’s Throw to Palisades Tahoe
Skip the traffic lines when you stat less than a mile from the Palisades Tahoe ski resort! We are across the street from the bike/walking path to the resort. Our lovely two story home is a spacious and bright with 5 plus bedrooms. Featuring vaulted ceilings in the living room, a large sunny kitchen/dining room and a hot tub room with Mountain Views! Perfect retreat for one or two families.
The main level features an entry room, an open living room, a large kitchen and dining room, and a room with a hot tub. There are also two queen bedrooms and full bath on this level..
Upstairs are three more queen bedrooms all with their own vanity. There is also a bunk bedroom and full bath on this level.
Sorry but this is not a pet friendly property.
Too many of our guests are allergic to pets.

As a Marin resident for over 40 years, I’ve been renting various properties on and off during those years in San Francisco, Napa, and Tahoe. As an occasional vacation renter myself, I know how important location, comfort, and cleanliness are in a home. Our Olympic Valley home has been rented every winter since 1990. Sometimes I have used a property management company and sometimes I manage it myself. One gentlemen ski leased our home for over seven years. I personally inspect, clean, and organize our home. You will not be disappointed and hope you return soon.
Why they chose this property
Tahoe is a great location for winter and summer sports. Skiing, snowshoeing, snow boarding and cross country skiing, sledding and skating are all available nearby. Golf, a bike and walking path, shopping and restaurants are across the street or less than a mile away.

What really stands out is our convenient location as well as a very comfortable home and well cared for home.
