Great weekend stay

Property was well secured and in a walkable location. Was a perfect fit for our needs, being in the city for a small vacation. Property manager responded promptly when I had to reach out, thank you. Would stay again. Bring a 2nd roll of t-p just in case the 1 provided isn't enough

I love this place

I love everything about this place . The neighborhood was good . The location was good the only thing about this place is the parking . But other than that it was nice

Nice condo

Nicely decorated. Host very friendly and helpful when we called with questions. Across the street from a fire station and next to a club which had a private event one night with loud music until midnight, so not peaceful as described in the listing. No coffee mugs, only 2 hangers, and one bed was slanted so uncomfortable to sleep on.

Looking for a place close to the Met?

The over all property itself is a 4/4.5...not dissimilar to the Hotels in the area. The benefit here is if you are seeing a show at the Met. From the time I left the condo till I was inside the Met was 10 minutes. Lots of good places to eat around you. Parking is an issue if you are looking to get to the area close to show time. I've already booked my next stay for the next show.

Maybe better for a longer stay

My friends and I were just staying one night in the city and my friend had a car, so we ended up leaving and going to a hotel that was more central and where she could park in a garage because it wasn’t clear where she could park without a permit and she didn’t feel comfortable leaving her car on the street based on the vibe of the neighborhood.

Could’ve been better

I’ll give this place its 10s when 10s are due. It’s definitely nicer than what’s posted on this app, however, the host or whoever was in charge of cleaning did a PISS POOR job. Dishes were dirty, bed was leaning, rugs were all crumpled and not lined out perfectly. The shower curtain had some white stain on it. Ugh. There were stains that were BLACK on the wall. I had quite a good time there, however, I had to clean the entire thing myself to make sure it was presentable. Overall, 7.5/10. I’d recommend it.

Subpar

One night stay for 5 guest but clogged toilet upon arrival. The host was aware prior to our arrival through ‘housekeeping’, but did not advise of the issue. As a result, after about 5 hours of travel, a number of guest had to look for alternative locations because the one bathroom being out of service. The host did connect with a plumber, unfortunately, no updates until 7 hours after our arrival. Due to the time constraints of the event we were in town to attend, I worked to unclog the toilet (not easy) because we could NOT return to this same issue. Successfully unclog, however, it’s best the plumber still ensure the toilet continue to function properly. There were other housekeeping issues that require improvement which I contacted the host directly about. I hope for future guest (especially with longer stays) more necessities are readily available. The ultimate lesson of this stay: 2 bathrooms for 3 or more guest.
