Enjoy this Southend Charlotte jewel. Quiet street close to all of Charlotte's attractions. 3-bedroom 1 bath home with large fenced in backyard. This house is a 2-minute uber and 10-minute walk to all the Southend breweries, restaurants, and the Rail Line. 15 min walk to uptown and Bank of America Stadium.15-minute drive to Airport. 10-minute drive to Southpark Mall. Cyclists can be on the Greenway with a short 1-mile ride. The greenway allows walkers and cyclists an over 20-mile paved walk/ride from Noda to South Carolina.
