Light and bright studio condo conveniently located downtown Long Beach. Close to cruise ship terminal, and airport. Several markets, the downtown restaurants, bars district, Shoreline Village, The Long Beach Convention Center, (3 minutes walking) The Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary and a metro line station are within walking distance from the condo. All new interior features a beautiful full kitchen with granite counters, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more. It is completely stocked with everything! We have extra linens , towels, hair dryer and iron.
Large studio. Sleep 4 guests comfortably in 2 fully -sized beds, table lamp , Smart TV/cable and Internet -Wi-Fi . Private bathroom. A private balcony off the room with gorgeous ocean views. Full kitchen . No parking. Only Metered street parking. Or hotel parking about $23 per day.

Great place and great location!
Wonderful place to stay while on a business trip to Long Beach. Everything worked as it should and the place was very clean. People at this facility are nice and helpful too. Highly recommend staying here.

Great walking location
This was a lovely studio with a large living space and cute, well equipped kitchen. The bath was nice with shower and a super flush toilet! This is a very walkable location to all of Long Beach, marina, downtown restaurants and bars. I even walked to car rental a couple days I needed one. Host is lovely and was flexible with me on date changes. The building is well maintained and beautiful as a historical building. Many washers and dryers in a very clean space and you can use your cards for payment! No quarters! I stayed 24 days and it was cozy and lovely.

This is an old building, so things are pretty basic, but the place is well kept-up, and security was good. It was about as close as we cold have got to our intended visit location.

Location, location, location!
This adorable suite is centrally located 1 block from the beach in the heart of Long Beach. Within walking distance to many sights and venues. The building is very secure and we felt very safe and secure here. Ingrid kept us informed during check-in and check out. TheParking really isn't an issue

Second time was even better!
I spend 3 weeks in the Long Beach area for work each summer and I make sure to stay here! The location is perfect! Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, the beach, and museums. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in the area. You can’t beat it!

Nice facilities. Quiet. Well-anointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good location for safe walking, restaurants, groceries. Bus service is excellent for exploring area. Street noise is a distraction at night, but it's the city.

The place has historical charm. The unit is in easy walking distance to the convention center, beach, and local grocery store. The ocean was viewable from a quaint balcony. The room had all needed amenities. Unit was quiet despite being on Ocean Blvd. My 10 day stay here was relaxing.

Excellent spot for work or play
The rental was exceptional. Everything was exactly as advertised. Ingrid was an amazing host and was in contact the entire time to ensure everything went smoothly. The building even had an entry system change while we were there, unfortunately on a day i was due to be out late, and Ingrid made the process simple and easy to manage. In regard to the space, the beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing, and studio kitchen is just perfect so you dont have to constantly purchase food out. The balcony on the studio is amazing and it was great to leave the door open to get some fresh air in. It is in downtown Long Beach, so the outside can get pretty noisy, but we were not bothered. While I did have some fun on the trip, it was mainly for work and the space was perfect for that as well as having excellent wifi. The building is turning 100 and absolutely has that charm, but despite being in downtown Long Beach, we felt 100% safe and comfortable with lots in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place to relax after work!
I was in town for about 2 weeks and after working some long days, this spot was the perfect place to come back to. Full set up if I wanted to stay in and relax and a great location to so many restaurants in walking distance! Definitely staying here anytime I’m back for work!

Great location. Everyone in building was friendly. Close to beach and numerous restaurants. Laundry facilities in the building were extremely convenient. My daughter and I were very comfortable; however, if you are very hot-natured, this place may be too hot for you in the summer (since no air conditioning).

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay
Our spacious apartment at the Coopers Arms was an excellent base to visit our family in Long Beach. It had all the required facilities, especially a quaint kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and so we had a great night’s sleep. A nice bathroom with plentiful white towels for our 10 day stay. There was ample storage for our clothes. The Coopers Arms had lots of ambience and is a beautiful building, which added to our holiday experience. For the first few days of our stay the Grand Prix was staged in the nearby street and was very exciting. It was only a short walk to the beautiful sea front with a view of the iconic Queen Mary former cruise ship and relaxing coffee shops. We will definitely stay again for future visits to our family.

Basic stay/great location
The location is great with quick walk to beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by. There is vons close by for groceries too. Parking is a challenge but expected with a downtown property. Be creative and you will find a cheap way to park. The building is 100 years old and with that it comes with some wear and tear but it also has a charm to it.

Nostalgic home away from home.
Ingrid was great. We were delayed at the airport and Ingrid patiently waited for us. The property is exactly as described. It can be loud at night as it's on a main street and the emergency vehicles travel right past. It's super close to everything and it is possible to find free parking a couple blocks away. Having a kitchen saved us a lot of money and Vons Supermarket is a very close walk away.
