Heart of BV - River & Mountain Condo - location, location, location!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable 2BR/1BA ground floor, end-unit condo, with mountain views. Walk to everything!

Centrally-located within 2 blocks of the Arkansas River, the whitewater park, hiking/biking trails, and downtown shopping and dining on Main St. & South Main!

The kitchen is full-sized, fully equipped and well-stocked with a wide variety of cooking ware and utensils, including spices and oil. Coffee and teas are also provided!

The living room has two comfortable reclining sofas (seats 5) with a lift-top coffee table, ideal for relaxing and watching your favorites shows/movies on a 65” TV with a Vizio sound-bar. Roku device includes all streaming apps, most of which are logged into owner’s accounts — YouTube TV (live TV / cable), Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Other apps are available to be logged in under personal accounts.

The king and queen-sized bedrooms have Serta Beauty Rest pillow-top mattresses and blackout curtains, with sound machines provided in each bedroom, to ensure a peaceful night sleep. A pack ‘n play, high chair and bookshelf stocked with fun board games, card games, books, and puzzles are all stored in the king-sized bedroom.

The dining area has a table for 6. There is also a dedicated work space (desk/chair). The bathroom is a full bath, fully stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer, with iron and ironing board, and extra towels for the hot springs.

The outdoor patio has a small gas grill (propane provided) and table with chairs. Enjoy with breathtaking views of Mt. Princeton (one of twelve 14,000 feet mountains in Chaffee County) with your morning coffee or beverage of choice!

2 cruiser bikes are included (with helmets and bike pump) and are locked on bike rack on side of condo.

Other things to note:
Please note this is a first floor unit, so you may on occasion hear footsteps, if there are any guests in the condo above. Sound machines are provided in each of the bedrooms to help with a peaceful night’s sleep.

Great Weekend Getaway
My family and I had a great time at Kelley's place. It is located in the perfect spot. Walking distance to trails and restaurants! Her place has a modern welcoming feel and is clean. The kitchen as all the things needed for cooking and is tidy. The beds are comfortable and soft sheets. Check-in and out was a breeze and Kelley is very responsive. Pleasant Stay at Buena Vista Condo
My family and I had a pleasant stay at this condo in Buena Vista. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a family of four. One of our family members has dietary restrictions, so we prefer to cook meals while traveling rather than eating out. The kitchen was nice and the condo was well equipped for meal preparation.The condo location is within a short walk of the shops and restaurants in downtown Buena Vista. The neighbors in the condo next door were a bit loud at times and left several bags of trash out in front of their front door. The radiant heat in our condo was also hot overnight--we tried leaving it around 60 degrees, but it was still pretty warm.Overall, our stay was a good experience, we just recommend turning down the heat in the winter to keep it from getting too hot overnight.

Cozy, clean and well-appointed condo
This sweet little condo made our stay in BV so enjoyable.The weather was cool, so the electric fireplace which put out heat made the condo very cozy, especially while relaxing on the reclining couches. There were extra amenities everywhere: spices and some basic cooking supplies in the cupboards ( i.e. coffee, tea, cooking oil and pancake mix), shampoo and soap in the bathroom, sound machines and humidifiers in the bedrooms, plus comfortable mattresses. It is an easy walk to the main street from the condo and there was plenty of parking. Trails are nearby and the views in the area are spectacular. The two smallish rooms were perfect for me and a friend. Kelley was very responsive to questions and gave great suggestions on places to eat, hike and soak in hot springs!

All the little things were thought through with our stay which made this booking a seamless part of our CO adventure. This condo was perfect for our stay in Buena Vista while hiking for the week. We loved it so much we actually wished we had reserved it for an additional day instead of going to Estes Park! The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked and had everything we needed, the centralized location made it easy for us to walk almost anywhere we wanted to for meals, shopping or sightseeing around town And the host gave us tons of great info on dining, hikes, and hot springs nearby. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to visit again!

Buena Vista visit
The condo was lovely and it was exactly as described on the website. It was updated and very clean as well the kitchen was well stocked with spices, oil and even butter! Even though there is no AC, there are fans to keep it cool with the windows open during the night to capture the cool temperatures. The only negative thing is the upstairs neighbor were a bit noisy however with the fans on the sound wasn’t as noticeable. Is walkable to downtown, which is adorable and to the river which is just fun! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo for your stay in Buena Vista!

A perfect place to stay in an incredibly beautiful area.
Property is in a great location. A short easy walk to the very nice old town for shopping and dining. We only drove a couple of miles north for a wonderful hike and then just another couple of miles to a fantastic Hot Springs.

Spring Getaway
Very clean condo and very well stocked with numerous kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice quality including the pillows. We had our two miniature Aussies with us so the dog run at the property and the close proximity of the dog park were pluses for us. The condo was close to downtown as well as close to the river and hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay here.

The place was ideal for a 2 night stay; it was clean, kitchen well stocked (utensils and spices), and brand new appliances. Only negative is the shower bar is too low and my buddy whacked his head the first time he used the shower.

Quiet and comfortable
Lovely, well-stocked condo in the heart of BV. We walked everywhere; it’s a couple blocks from shopping and restaurants, and another few blocks to a dog park and the river. Would stay again!
