The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. Ground level, no stairs, Everyone has a 2 car garage and extra space for parking for guests. No airport noise.

What makes this property unique

The pool and spa a directly outside of the large patio on the south east side and the western patio is additional. The large patio is filled with flowers and rose bushes and both patios are very private, high walls. Cathedral ceiling and spacious sunny unit.
