Nestled in "Tall Pine," a safe, quiet neighborhood on 1-acre lot. Adventure is knocking at the door! 10-15 minute drive to trails/hikes/fishing, 30-minute drive to Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Shops & Restaurants.
