**June to August, 2025:** Our beautiful beach home requires a minimum 7-night stay, with arrivals and departures on Fridays.
**Pet-Friendly:** Bring your furry friends! A $30 pet fee and a $300 pet deposit apply.
**Special Offer:** Enjoy discounts for stays of 7 or more nights throughout the year, except for Peak Season (Mid June-Mid August).
Welcome to our fully renovated, two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with garage parking and central air conditioning, located on Newport Beach Peninsula between Newport and Balboa Piers.
The first floor includes two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom, while the spacious upper floor features a primary bedroom, modern kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with a large smart TV that opens to a lovely patio. The second bathroom adds convenience.
Location is key! The Balboa Fun Zone is just a short stroll away, filled with shops and dining options. Our home includes smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, a propane BBQ grill, washer/dryer, linens, and beach towels. Enjoy the outdoor shower and use the bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas we provide.
