Mebourne and Cocoa Beaches are less than 60 miles and about an hour drive. Fabulous local restaurants along with the common chains are just a short drive away in St. Cloud and Lake Nona. Four local golf courses are all within a 25 minute, 12 mile commute. Whether for a short trip or even a month stay, you will enjoy the proximity of this location and the joys of lakefront living.
