The coin operated washer and dryer facility in the complex is to the right of the outdoor pool.
**Parking Notes: No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. The complex allows one car per unit.
**The condo is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, plus tax. Restrictions for up to 2 dogs up to 20 lbs each.
Within walking distance from The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream, Sea and Sun boasts convenience for culinary delights just across the street.
