Love the all newness about the place and appliances and the comfort of the beds and the ability to speak with the person in charge with any and all the questions I had.
Nicely renovated house with tasteful decor. Convenient to many amenities in the area and walkable to the town square. The church next door was no issue even on a Sunday morning. The neighborhood play park was less than a hundred yards from the house. Would book the property again on a future visit.
We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow over Christmas 2023. Inside of the house is fantastic. Plenty of room for all. Walking distance to the square in Georgetown and a short drive to everything else. Would stay again for sure. Host checked in via text often to make sure all good.
We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything was as described and the home was beautiful. Mandy was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Thank you!
It was a beautiful home! From the time you walked in you will be amazed and the deeper you go it only gets better. Very spacious, plenty of seating area. No matter where you were you still felt included in the living spaces. Rooms was nice sizes with plenty of space. My family and I will be returning to get the full experience. Our trip was cut short on our end but she was so understanding and inviting and check on us multiple times leading up to our visit. We will be back!

Why they chose this property
The charming cottage style house was originally built in the 1930’s and was in desperate need of some TLC. It has been renovated with all the modern creature comforts that make it comfortable and inviting for modern living with an homage to its history with vintage inspired touches throughout such as shiplap accents, heirloom tile, warm filament bulb lighting, and vintage furnishings. Perfectly situated in historic Georgetown the home is walking/biking distance from the streets of the charming downtown area featuring numerous unique shops, restaurants, and historic homes.
What makes this property unique
Explore the local treasures of the area by foot or by bike with the 2 retro inspired bikes provided at the home or enjoy a quiet afternoon in the spacious back yard playing cornhole. There is a wonderful park with an amazingly appointed playground just steps away that features a small shaded pavilion, basketball, large grassy area, and some very fun/unique play equipment. The loft area is full of children’s toys that are available for use. Please treat with respect so they are available for our next guests. Note: Upstairs Loft does not have a gate or way of securing the stairs from infants/toddlers so we do not recommend this house for families with very young children that are unfamiliar with stairs.
