Final de ano maravilhoso

Tivemos uma estadia excelente na casa da Dona Iracema. A casa é extremamente confortável, espaçosa, arejada. A Cozinha conta com todos os utensílios. O Condomínio é uma delícia, bem arborizado, com brinquedos espalhados para as crianças, piscinas adulto e infantil, e ótima vizinhança. A Dona Iracema, responsável pelo imóvel é um amor, me tirou todas as dúvidas, e foi sempre solícita em ajudar e garantir uma boa estadia. Voltaremos com toda certeza!!

Estivemos no imóvel no feriado de 07 de Setembro/2017. O condomínio é lindo, muito bem cuidado, lindos jardins e ótimas opções para crianças (piscinas e parquinhos). A casa é ótima, tem tudo (utensílios de cozinha, boas camas, ar-condicionado em todos os quartos) e muito limpa. Recomendo e, com certeza, voltarei! A proprietária é atenciosa e prestativa. Os funcionários do condomínio muito educados. Ótima experiência!!!!

Imóvel foi ótimo para as nossas necessidades (família com duas crianças pequenas), pois todos os quartos têm ar condicionado, a casa fica em condomínio fechado com piscina adulto e infantil, jardim, parquinho, mesa de ping pong e perto da praia. A praia de Toninha e ótima para crianças, fica perto da praia da Enseada (linda) e do centro de Ubatuba. A negociação foi super tranquila e D. Iracema sempre muito prestativa. Recomendo!!!

Ideal para familia

O imóvel é ideal para famílias com crianças, possui cozinha americana, o que é bacana para famílias que gostam de cozinhar. condomínio muito seguro e muito bonito. Da porta da casa até a areia da praia são exatamente 200mts. Não necessita de carro nem de atravessar avenidas. O atendimento da proprietária é ótimo, e a mesma é bastante confiável. Tivemos uma estadia muito boa sem nenhuma intercorrência. Maurício e família!!!

A casa da Dona Iracema em Ubatuba é perfeita ! O condomínio é todo arborizado, bem próximo da praia, e muito tranquilo. Sem falar das pessoas que estão no condomínio são muito educadas! A casa é muito bem equipada, colchões muito bons, banheiro bom, utensílios de cozinha! Tem tudo mesmo, até pra fazer aquele churrasquinho! hehehe... TV a cabo e internet boa também!
