Beautiful Lakefront home - perfect getaway for every season!
We recently purchased this lake home which sits on over 1/2 acre of land and 100 feet of lakefront. We’ve painted every room and all furnishings are brand new with your comfort in mind.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an additional outdoor shower for the summer months. Covered hot tub with lake views is great year round and we do have kayaks available to help you explore.
This home is very kid friendly and walkable to an association beach and playground though also quiet and cozy enough for a couples or girls getaway! We do have a loft that doubles as a playroom or extra space to sleep.
We purchased this home to make memories with our kiddos and look forward to sharing so others can do the same!
If the home isn't enough there’s lots to do: Hiking nearby! Mt. Wachusett a quick drive. Bike trails etc!

We had an incredible stay at the lake house. Michelle and Patrick were absolutely wonderful to work with and very responsive throughout our stay. The home is beautiful. Waking up to the lake each morning was such a treat. We definitely hope to visit again!
The house was nicely appointed, clean, on a very quiet street. Easy to get to and from Boston, even on a holiday weekend. The lake was very swimmable, even as early as Memorial Day.
A couple things to be aware of:
One of the bedrooms has to be walked through to get to the primary bed room (or you have to go outside). The play loft is also above the primary bedroom, so not a place that will allow kids to play while parents sleep in, but the living room worked ok for that.
We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics. One thing of note: there is only a countertop toaster oven, not a full size oven. There is a gas cooktop as well. If you plan to cook while there, that will be an important detail. This house has a great view from the living room. We stayed during some very hot days - approaching 90 degrees. There was no air conditioning in the house, but it was still quite comfortable. There seems to be a reliable lake breeze that keeps things cool. One thing to note if you do stay during warm months is that there is a rooster living nearby that crows early in the morning, and throughout the day. If your windows are open, you will hear him. The lake itself was very clean and quiet. There were motorized boats, but not many, and they all seemed adequately cautious to kayaks and paddleboarders on the lake.
Melissa was easy to communicate with and accommodating.
You should bring your own beach towels, they aren't provided. We enjoyed the hot tub. This is a great house for all ages, but would be an especially great house for a family with little ones, as there is a play loft set up for the under 10 crowd, and kid kayaks as well as adults.
