~ Our Cancellation/Modifications/Refunds Policy ~

• Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability.
• Reservations changed or cancelled within 48 hours of booking are not subject to a fee.
• Cancellations/Modifications/Refunds are honored upon the request of the primary traveler named on the reservation.
• Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the rental amount less $250 cancellation fee.
• If they cancel between 7 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% of the rental amount.
• Otherwise, If less than 7 days, at the discretion of the Property Manager, availability, and on a case by case basis, either no refund, or a credit of 25% of the rental amount less $250 for a future vacation to be booked and having a check in date within 6 months of original check in date.
• The guest will be responsible for the modification/cancellation fees charged by the resort.
