Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

This colorful 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pool. Fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining area with balcony access off of the dining area, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a large garden tub. Living room has a sofa sleeper with a cozy mattress. Has a washer/dryer Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

*This condo now has COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE while in season* Pet Friendly. The Sandpiper Cove Association charges a $10 pet fee. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100 as well.

First trip to Destin

We had a wonderful stay in Destin. The condo was clean, quiet and well equipped. The property was beautiful and the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed the beach service that was included.

Winter get away

Very nice and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach if you wanted to walk.it was also easy buy car we did both.Definitely would stay again.

Beach getaway

We were looking for a house or condo walking distance to the beach and close to other activities and found just that! Cute place with lots of amenities. Love the private beach and golf course on property. We'll definitely be back!

Cute condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was cute, cozy and had everything we needed! From a toaster to blenders and all the cooking utensils necessary for any meal. We even found an apple slicer. I liked how the pool was just outside the back door but also just far enough that you didn't hear when it was full of kids being loud. The back patio also had bushes that gave a lot of privacy. The fold out couch was really comfortable and sturdy. Trust me, my kids tested it out. The beach was not too far away (condo is at the back side of the property). You could have walked but we had a 2.5 and 5 year old so we drove. The downside of that is that the parking lot is small but we always found a spot. Loved having the beach service! Less chairs and umbrellas to lug around and set up. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

In Short - I didn’t want to go home. Only suggestion is make sure u specify that you want/ or don’t want pet friendly condo. We will be staying there next year. But for longer than 5 days. There were movies and golf clubs @ the holiday Isle office. They greeted my daughter with a pale for the sand. It was just very nice. I am a single mom with a daughter and we felt extremely safe. Close the beach just perfect all around. Highly recommended

Beach life

My stay exceeded my expectations, the property was lovely, walking distance to beach. Close to many restaurants, stores and activities. The room was a little on the cold side , but all in all i would stay again. I enjoyed my stay . It was my 4th trip to Destin and my 1st time at Sandpiper Cove

Short getaway

My best friend and I stayed a few days just to get out of town. The condo was close to everything and was clean as could be. It made our lives easy to be able to take a water taxi from the condo to everything we wanted to do! Perfect location, clean as could be, and definitely better than described!

Good could use a spruce

The condo was nice location. Short walk to the beach, only took about 10 mins. The property could use a deep cleaning and some updates. Overall it was a nice stay and I’d stay again.

Terrible communication

Tried several times to get questions answered before stay with very late unhelpful response through email and no return phone call. Overall sub par condo. Needs some repair work and some info for newbies would have been nice. Passcode for door was wrong. Will not stay here again.

Overall stay was good

Overall stay was good. The check in proscess could be better. The office is not on the property with the condos, it's a bit confusing to find. The condo is a little outdated, it's nice it's right by a pool, the condo is in the very back of the property so you have to drive to the parking lot across the road to go to the beach. Not sure I'd stay again just because of location within the complex but condo was nice.

All you need....

Very nice property. Community has all you need to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Very convenient! The beach chairs and umbrella rentals that were prepaid for was a great surprise! The pop-up grill at the beach was a nice way to have lunch and never leave the ocean. Would recommend this stay to anyone who wants a clean, peaceful getaway!

Great Beach Getaway

The place was great. It could use a deep cleaning though. The beach is amazing and makes it all worth it. I would definitely recommend the restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe and it’s walking distance. If you have a car for this trip don’t continue to read. If you don’t have a car, it’s super hard to get one in destin. The property is fenced in all around so, you have to go all the way around the property to get to everything. Secondly, nothing is walking distance because of that besides the beach (if you’re unable to walk 5 min to the beach I wouldn’t pick this place.)

Nice getaway

Loved that this unit was pet friendly! The washer and dryer unit was also very convenient. The check in process was a little difficult just because it is off site. We have stayed at sand piper cove before and keep falling more in love with it each time.

Great stay

Layout was perfect and sandpiper cove was excellent. The property could use a little repair work in the bathroom but overall it worked great for our family! Loved having pools so close and fishing on the canal at night the kids loved it. Everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly and we felt very safe.
