Fantastic Thanksgiving

Fantastic spot on the beach! Elderly mother was able to walk out and watch everyone from the deck at the end of wooden walkway. Great fishing from the beach. We even saw a rocket launch one night. Few electrical outlet issues and hot tub is somewhat difficult to heat.

Beauty and the Beach

A terrific stay at a wonderful property managed and made available by a gracious host. Beach and pool were phenomenal as were the views from through the house. Relaxing, comfortable and very well outfitted. Highly recommend!

This was awesome property, right on the ocean and with a pool as a bonus. We had a great time.

This property was perfect. . .we only wished we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable bedrooms (although there was no lamp in one room). We cooked in the big kitchen and enjoyed the ocean deck. The hot tub next to the pool was an added bonus as it was too cold to swim. Jennifer, the host, responded timely to our texts which was comforting. Definitely a place we’d stay in the future.

Beach vacation

This was a fabulous place to spend a family vacation. The house was beautiful and immaculate. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone has a wonderful tone . The house had everything we needed and the kitchen had lots of extras to make cooking all meals very convenient. Loved being steps from the beach and also having a pool . The host was great at answering any questions or concerns . We would definitely recommend this place to anyone .

Sebastian Inlet

Our stay at this property was a repeat from last year as it is perfect for our family! It is the best supplied rental that we have experienced. There is an abundance of all kitchen supplies, including glassware, pans, utensils, and non-perishable items. There are plenty of towels, as well as pool items. The location could not be more perfect - on the beach - with a private pool and pool house. We definitely want to make this our annual family vacation with our children and grandchildren! Thank you for sharing with us!

Nice Ocean Front

Very nice villa right on the beach with a pool. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Needs a little TLC on a few things but over all a great place. Pool guest house quite musty smelling, sometimes a problem in Florida if there is water damage. Pool in definite need of some repairs. Very strange system-we have pools at our Tampa homes and were a little confused with the this set up. Owner was quick to respond and very nice. To summarize…needs some attention to some things…somewhat minor but for a place this beautiful it’s a shame to kind of let it slide. It is a fairly high end rental…they need to keep it that way. Would I stay again? Yes…but there are other choices.

Vacation

Every thing was good except the outlets in the bathroom don’t work I had to blow dry my hair in the room next to the bed. The cleaning people missed candy on the floor next to the window. Some of the dishes were put away dirty. The grill was dirty with food. The towel holder in the connecting rooms needs to be fixed it was not connected to the wall very well. If no one is giving you feed back then you probably don’t know about things that need to be fixed. This was the second time we stayed in this house and we loved it.

Little piece of heaven

The house is a little dated, but other than that it was just heaven. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. The beach was literally steps front the house. Very private and great for sea shell hunting. Even though the condo was part of a group of them we never felt like anyone else was in our space. The house was very well appointed with anything needed. From cooking to lounging by the pool and sitting under an umbrella on the beach. It was just wonderful! Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions we asked. I just can’t say enough we loved it!

Amazing beach rental!

Beautiful property. It was amazing having a pool out one door and the ocean/beach out the other. Amazing views. The home was perfect for our family vacation. Just listen to what the book says and wear your bug spray!!

Fantastic

We throughly enjoyed staying here and would love to return at a future date! The house is very spacious, the beach is private, and having a private pool/hot tub was fabulous. We love that it is close to Sebastian Inlet State Park. Also wanted to note that the waves break hard on the beach so not the best if you have little kids who want to play in the water. And there are so many no see ums…a couple of my family members are covered in bites even with bug spray. Both of these things are due to nature and won’t keep us from returning!

Place was great. So close to the beach, awesome deck a short walk from back door. Pool was awesome. Views from all over the house were great. Flying my drone and got some great pics and videos. Surf fishing in the mornings and evenings were a success. Caught21 fish(catfish,whiting,pompano) crab,snake,lizards,sand fleas(little crabs that we used as bait) Saw dolphins, manta rays, sting rays Sucked going home

Great home in a secluded area

We enjoyed this home. It felt very secluded. The home included 3 bedrooms in the main home, all on the upper level. There was also a studio suite across from the pool equipped with a bed, bathroom and kitchenette. From the driveway you walk up a set up stairs and you see the pool in between the studio and the main home. So the pool is on the front of the main home but it is sheltered from street view by the studio unit. Both the pool and jacuzzi were great. We spent most of the time at the pool. The house was clean. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious. The home is a away from restaurants. The closest place is a Publix grocery store about 10 minutes away. Everything else is 20-30 minutes minimum. We didn’t mind it as our intentions was to be away from everyone else. We used Uber eats no problem when we didn’t feel like going out. The beach was secluded. It felt as if you had the beach to yourself which was great to us. The home is beachfront - just a short 1 minute walk from the back door to the sand. The beach was a little rough. There was a drop off so it’s not as children friendly as we would of liked. The children didn’t go past the shoreline. The kids did enjoy playing in the sand. One thing I would of done differently was being strong bug repellent like Deet deep woods. There were so many bugs at dusk. I cannot remember the last time I had so many bites. I had more than 2 dozen bites from these tiny little flying insects. Our natural repellant just didn’t do with these things. Lastly, the check in process wasn’t smooth. We didn’t receive the details until 2 hours after check in time. We stopped to eat which allowed us to past the time. We received an apology and were told something happened and our correspondences didn’t go through. Overall I would stay again.

Beautiful and serene location!

This house is much prettier than the pictures show (at least the photos that I remember seeing) The living room has a large wall of windows that provide stunning views of the beach. The house is also more spacious than we thought. There is a large master bedroom with a large bathroom (all with beautiful views of the ocean). The other two bedrooms in the main house both have two double beds each and share a bathroom, Jack ad Jill style. The other bedroom is in an apartment over the garage on the other side of the pool from the main house. The apartment faces the pool and the front of the main house. The beach is on the other side/back of the main house. The apartment bedroom has a kitchenette and privacy from the main house, but if you are looking for a house with two masters, this room lacks in the "luxury" feel of the other bedroom and certainly the bathroom does not compare at all to the master bathroom in the main house (which has a double shower and spa tub with windows facing the beach, double vanity, separate toilet closet and walk-in closet). The bathroom in the apartment is a basic bathroom with a shower, toilet and single vanity in a small space (even the bathroom in the Jack and Jill bedrooms is larger and has a nicer feel). As we were two couples with four kids total, we decided that adults should occupy the apartment, putting the four kids in the Jack and Jill bedrooms. That meant the bedrooms were not comparable for us couples. One couple definitely had the advantage of a much better place to stay. The beach is gorgeous and during our stay (the first week of June after Memorial Day weekend), we were the ONLY people sitting outside. There were a few walkers here and there, but basically, we had the beach to OURSELVES! It was a lovely location. The water feels too rough for children to play safely, so we kept all our kids at the surf line as the waves easily knocked over the bigger (10 and 11 year old) kids and there is potential for riptide. Playing in the edge of the surf was enough for our kids because they spent most of their time enjoying the pool, lol. If you want a more calm place to swim, the little bay area at Sebastian Inlet State Park is not far away. Otherwise, the beach is the perfect place for relaxing in a lounge chair or for taking walks without encountering many people. We loved the house and our stay and would be happy to go back in the future.

Perfect location

House was clean and perfect for our Mom's getaway. Having beachfront access and a private pool made this the perfect location for us. Had prompt response from owner with answers to our queations. Would definitely go back.
