You'll be surrounded by the best NOLA has to offer from fine dining, dive bars, shopping to the casino.

This 2BD/2BA unit encompasses 1,000 SF with two ensuite bathrooms with views of Magazine St and the Board of Trade.

Located in the Picayune Place Neighborhood, a pocket neighborhood within the CBD. Approximately 3 blocks to Canal St and the French Quarter, a ten minute walk to Bourbon St., two blocks to Caesar's Casino, Algiers Ferry, Canal Place Shopping Center, three blocks to US Federal District Court, a ten minute walk to the Morial Convention Center, WWII Museum, and numerous streetcar and bus lines.

During Mardi Gras, you're mere blocks away from the parade route. A perfect location to go out grab your spot on the route, but head back to the unit for bathroom breaks and drink refills.

Close to all the action, but just far away enough to get away from it if you want to.

Uber/Lyft are recommended. We're close to all major Bus, Streetcar, and Ferry lines. Walking is the preferred method of getting around. Metered Street Parking and Paid Parking lots are located nearby. (NO ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE.)

Clean but bare minimum

Clean but TV barely worked and very small no tv's bedrooms. Beds are small.
