Even if you come for a night, you will want to stay for a week!

About the host

We are Florida natives who met at Manatee High, both raised in Bradenton. Kacy was born here. Jenn moved here from Miami at the age of 2. We raised our 2 kids at our home of 24 years in this very neighborhood. Recent empty nesters, we bought our dream home on a gulf canal in Hernando Beach in 2022. This bungalow was the childhood home of Jenn's friend since kindergarten. We purchased it from them in 2016 & restored it to what you see today.
Why they chose this property
We both grew up within a few mile radius of this area. We graduated from Manatee High School just a few blocks away. It is a very centrally located easily traveled neighborhood.
