This beautiful and modern house was built in 2008 and available for your summer or ski vacations. 2,400 ft2, 5 min drive to the lake and to the Heavenly Ski lift (4.9 miles). Sleeps 8, with 3 BD/2.5 Bath, jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom, fenced yard. Large living room with cozy masonry fireplace plus a full gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped. Large fun soft with pool and foosball tables. Large two car garage plus space for two cars in the driveway. Quiet & safe SLT neighborhood.

What makes this property unique
This is a modern house with all amenities, very warm and cozy interior with a lot of wood on the high ceilings. From the loft with a pool and foosball tables, you can peak at the TV in the living room to see the game or follow your show. Heavenly is 5mi away, a mere 10 min drive.
