Welcome to The Mill House, a newly remodeled cottage nestled near Historic Downtown Wilmington! Charm abounds at The Mill House, spend some of your favorite vacation memories enjoying the weather from the front porch, and spending time in the enclosed backyard, grilling, and sharing stories over the dancing flames in the firepit.

Inside, follow the fun pops of blue through the cozy living room and into the bright, open kitchen. Here, cooking is made a breeze amidst gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining is made just as easy at the formal dining table. Everyone's rest and relaxation are sure to be found in the well-decorated bedrooms. No matter the temperature outside, rest assured that the home's central air-conditioning will keep you cool. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out Mill House's interior perks.

Within minutes of your stay, enjoy exploring the UNC Wilmington Campus, Wrightsville Beach, the Live Oak Bank Pavilion, Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, Long Leaf Park, and the Long Leaf Mall.

House was in a sweet neighborhood, right around the corner from a very nice country club. Very close to downtown & an easy drive to the beach. Our two dogs stayed with us, the fenced in yard was perfect for them. The smoke detector was going off upon arrival, but management was very easy to work with and resolved the issue that evening. The house was well-stocked and seemed clean upon first glance. Several cockroaches were found scurrying around- when we were checking out & gathering our few dog toys that had rolled under the chair, a dead cockroach was found. Similarly, it was clear that this was.a DIY-fixer upper… the floors were slanted, lots of weird cracks in the walls, and the shower in the master bath leaked into the bedroom. The place was fine for what we needed it for (in town for the marathon) but we would unfortunately not stay here again.

Lovely House

Comfortable, clean, well supplied with treats and daily paper supplies, location convenient to shopping and historical places, big backyard with firepit and gas grill. Highly recommend it.

Charming House with Big Back Yard

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The yard was huge and would be great if you have a dog with you. My kids loved running around in it! They have everything you need to cook at home and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus! On the first night we were doing dishes and there was a leak under the sink. I called the telephone number provided and they had someone come and fix it first thing in the morning. He was super friendly and fixed the issue. It was nice to have a fast and friendly maintenance team. If we travel back to the Wilmington area, we will defiantly stay there again!
