Come visit Moose Trail Hideaway which is fully stocked for your convenience offering 3 beds/2 full baths, fireplace, multiple entertainment areas including a quiet reading area with views of the forest, a dedicated office work space with fast Wi-Fi, kids nook for games and art, a lovely dining area to host your family get togethers and Holidays, and a great deck overlooking the secret moose trail with great chances for wildlife photography while enjoying the firepit with a glass of wine or cup of hot cocoa. Tons of wildlife surrounding the property. The home is centrally located to all shops, casinos, history and tours. This home is tucked back in beautiful aspen and pine groves offering lots of privacy. Close to Eldora ski resort which is about 12 miles away, Nederland, Black Hawk, Idaho Springs, and more. Live music venues, craft beers, local distilleries, gift shops, gas station, and local grocers. Come enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountain range in Golden Gate State park with spectacular views of the continental divide at Panorama Point and hiking trails for all levels. Excellent, comfortable home in Gilpin County

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home. It’s well remodeled inside and a very comfortable three bedrooms with two living areas, with the upstairs area being an especially fantastic space to hang out with family thanks to a bunch of reclining chairs and couch with a large TVThe home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and well positioned in between Black Hawk and Nederland, so easy to check out different areas and exploreWe were also able to enjoy some good hiking for March in Golden Gate canyon state park thanks to the warm weather. Thanks for the clean, comfortable home to enjoy the area with!

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains

Four of us stayed at the cabin in mid September for 5 nights.The cabin was clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We visited Panorama Point (the aspens were at there peak), Boulder (Pasta Jay’s was a great place to have lunch) and Black Hawk/Central City for some gambling and lunch. The owners very quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy and accommodating

Loved staying here and plan to book it again!! The check in process was easy and they sent out someone to plow and shovel right away! The bathtub was relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts are get 5 stars from me.

Excellent VRBO

This stay was perfect! The hosts went out of their way to make this a great Christmas for my group. There was a tree and decorations and a bunch of little touches around the space. The home is one of the cleanest and most well stocked VRBOs I've stayed in. The views of the forest were very relaxing (we even got some snow!) and the beds were comfortable. There is TVs in all the rooms and a loft for hanging out or exercising. The location is good and close to Blackhawk, Central City, Idaho Springs, and a short drive to Denver. Overall this was a great choice and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Wonderful Cabin

We had never been to this last of CO. This cabin was amazing. Great space and really it had everything we needed. Not far from Black Hawk and Central City we found great restaurants, shops and many casinos. It very close to skiing which we enjoyed. We had one issue at the cabin and it was fixed very quickly. This cabin is one that when you get there you immediately want to buy it. We would and will stay there again

This area of Black Hawk, known as Gilpin county is an absolutely spectacular area nestled in the Arapahoe & Roosevelt National forests along the continental divide. The views of the mountain ranges are unmatched and it undoubtedly a little slice of heaven!

The home is tucked into beautiful Aspen & Pine groves with a secret trail that hosts all sorts of wildlife for your enjoyment. While you will feel secluded you are only minutes away from larger towns that have great shopping, casinos, craft brews, live music, and more!
