The second and third bedrooms offer a King and twin bed room, updated shared bath with large shower. The roof top deck is perfect for enjoying the sunsets and summer evenings. Ample off street parking for 3+ vehicles. Additional amenities include 2nd floor Central A/C and outdoor shower, whole house generator, Sonos speakers, EV Charger and high speed WiFi. So close to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

***Be advised that there is a 31 day minimum rental for this property due to City of Newport ordinances
