Home super convenient! We are walkers - cliff walk down the street, walk to town 1.5 miles. Away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed being so close to water. House very charming and clean 🙌

Very inviting cottage, light& bright. well appointed & well stocked with many amenities & pantry basics. Much larger inside than appears. Great separate downstairs with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom & living room. House has great beach vibe & well stocked for fun in the yard or at the beach.wonderful covered porch with peek a boo view of the ocean & mansions. Short 5 minute walk to beach, & restaurants.look forward to staying again

Great Location to Beach
My friends and I always get away Columbus Day weekend. This was the perfect location and a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Great Place!
Our stay here was amazing. It was as advertised (oddly enough surprised when that happens these days) and my family really enjoyed the location! Check-in process was very smooth even though there was a hiccup on my part but the property manager was very accommodating and not upset. The house is much bigger than it looks as well and fit all of us nicely. The house was very clean and contained all the essential cookware you need to cook meals at the house. If we ever make our way back to Newport, we will 100% try to stay here if it is available :). Thanks for the great stay and great memories!

Perfect!!!
We found this house to be perfect for our needs on our trip to Newport. It was so convenient to everywhere we needed to be! We got everywhere in minutes! House was very clean and the beds were comfy. Communication was clear and timely. Despite looking small from the outside, it was quite roomy. Parking for 3 vehicles was welcome! I highly recommend this house if you are planning a visit Newport.

The home was perfect for our family of 6 +1 for our son’s wedding. Plenty of space/bathroom space for all to get ready for rehearsal and wedding day! The house was clean, full of amenities and the outside shower was fantastic!! Will definitely come back ‼️

Beautiful location, 2 blocks from 1st Beach
Lovely, well kept home, with nice amenities. Very clean and comfortable for family and friends. A wonderful backyard and large back deck with a small view of the water... Overall, a great location on quiet backstreet with a 2 min walk to the water and 5 min walk to Flows Clam Shack and other local bars and shops... 5 min car ride to beautiful downtown Newport too! We hope to return next year! We love Middletown and Newport. thx you for the wonderful rental. John and Cara :-)

Nightmare Beginning
We were two hours away when I began trying to get checkin information. After calling the property manager three times and the owner once, I finally got a call back when we were less than 30 minutes away. I was given the code to get into the house only to find wet sheets in the washing machine, none of the beds made, dirty bathrooms, no trash bags in the can, and dirty counters and kitchen table. I immediately called the property manager again to express my dissatisfaction. She contacted the cleaning person and when she called me back, I was told she had thought we weren’t coming in until the next day (I guess she was okay leaving wet sheets in the washing machine an additional day?!?) and would be immediately coming over to do all the cleaning and make the beds. Luckily we were planning to be out for a couple of hours or it really would have added to all our inconvenience. We returned to a clean place and beds made. For as much money as I paid to rent this house for three nights, I was very disappointed in my “first impression” and it undoubtedly put a sour taste in my mouth for the remainder of our stay. House was sufficient for what we needed but if ever I return to the area, I won’t be staying again nor will I rent from anyone affiliated with the property management company who handled this particular property.

Girls Weekend for Wedding Event
Perfect for girls weekend away - plenty of room to spread out. Great house, great location, close to the beach and easy walking distance to lots; nice touch on extras provided for our arrival & stay. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking again for another wedding event.

Love this cottage
This was perfect for our family reunion! The house was entirely set up for comfort with amenities to help ensure everyone’s needs were met. Great location. Just a short walk to the beach. A quick drive to Newport center. Couldn’t have been better!! I would definitely stay here again.

Extended Family
We are a group of 7 and stayed at this place to attend a wedding in Newport . The place is very clean , fully stocked and equipped with everything you need . It is very close to the beach and the center of the town . Generally the room are smaller than the pictures but at this place the rooms are bigger than the pictures ; which was a nice surprise . We had a great time and would love to come back in summer to enjoy the beach ,

Wedding weekend
We were so very comfortable staying in this great home for the wedding of our son. There was ample room to spread out and be together as a family at the same time. Having our family under one roof for the first time in years was special. The house was so comfortable. We were able to make breakfast in the morning of the wedding and still never felt on top of each other. Loved the color scheme and decor of the house. The back porch was an added bonus. Location to all things Newport were close and easy. Thank you hosts and property manager.

Cute, cozy, clean
Good location in nice neighborhood near the water, reasonably priced, well-kept. We enjoyed gathering and chatting on the spacious back porch with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped and our caffeine crowd appreciated the pod coffeemaker - gave it quite a workout. The owner included a generous supply of coffee, too. Also generously supplied: toilet paper! A minor annoyance: Light bulbs were burned out in a few lamps, sconces and bedroom lights. Checking lights should be part of housekeeper duties. We rated it three stars only because several in our party were sleeplessly uncomfortable on worn-out mattresses and noisy, squeaky box springs. Before we left, we informed management, and the owner promptly replied with apologies, acknowledgement that bed upgrades are overdue and a vow to replace every bed ASAP. With decent beds in place, we would certainly consider staying again.
