Quiet, up & coming neighborhood with free parking on the street. Everything is easily accessible by car or rideshare (Uber, Lyft).

Owner has a storage closet in the half bath downstairs. Access to this closet is not permitted.

The front door is a self check-in smart lock. There is a code to get into the garage as well.

Note we only allow 1 pet (must be a dog) and we charge a $75 pet fee.

Detroit Lions in Indy

We stayed here with family and the house was excellent. It is just as listed and very comfortable, clean and has all the extras in the kitchen that you are looking for. Communication with host was great and always timely. Small market around the corner was a bonus. This will be our go to house every time we are in Indy!

Beautiful and roomy home

Loved this home, close to downtown. Lots of nice restaurants close by. Cons: Really need to upgrade the bathroom wash rags. They’re the type you use to clean. Very itchy to use!

So Fun!!

We met in Indy with our grown children and young grandchildren. The house was beautiful and spacious. The location was great! We were close (approx 2 miles from Lucas Oil, Gainbridge and excellent restaurants. Allen was very responsive to our questions.

Close to downtown, great neighborhood

We stayed here when we visited Indiana for Fever game. This house was as advertised. We were nervous about selecting a neighborhood where we would feel safe but this place over delivered. We mat a few very friendly neighbors. It was quiet and we felt safe during the day and nights. We had a large group staying and never ran out of hot water. The hot tub is very nice and clean. Just about everything you need is provided. The linens and beds are very nice. I loved the mattress. The kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. We hope to stay here when we book future trips.

Clean, spacious, modern property

The property is very large and can sleep tons of people. Everything was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable but bring your own pillow. We all agreed they were not awesome. The house was well stocked enough. We had to buy our own dishwashing and laundry detergent, but I have absolutely seen worse. There was plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans to cook for a large group. We were there for a swim meet and the property is close to literally everything. The stadium, IUPUI, grocery stores, restaurants, etc are all just a few minutes drive away. The neighborhood seems to be very up and coming. Lots of newly remodeled, ultra modern homes mixed in with some homes that need some TLC. Off street parking got a little interesting at times, but it was doable. We spent a lot of time outside and did a lot of walking and always felt safe. We used the hot tub and the propane fire table and all were of good working order. Everyone in our group would not hesitate to rent this property again.
