The home has beautiful and private park like grounds with a large, newly resurfaced in-ground pool, and water access from approximately 750 feet of water frontage on Grace Creek and a substantial dock which has 5’ MLW depth and which provides excellent opportunities for crabbing and fishing. The house offers breathtaking sunsets over Grace Creek from almost every room. It has 4 bedrooms, a den with a spectacular view of the water, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms, a dining room and 3 porches (front porch, screened in back porch and porch on second floor of the back of the house) all of which offer extraordinary views of the water only 15 feet away. Needless to say, there is ample space for your groups' relaxation & comfort together. The property comes with bikes and canoes for your enjoyment, as well as hammocks, a fire pit and outdoor furniture. Visitors also enjoy hiking through the beautiful forests on the grounds. Conveniently located in Bozman, only a 10-minute drive to the lovely town of St. Michaels which features excellent restaurants and shopping. The house is fully wired for high-speed internet and tv is available via Hulu. You will no doubt have a fantastic time.

Great home away from home with great water views and unique pool in a wooded area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The only improvement would be to add a portable air condition to the downstairs bedroom and sunroom.

Beautiful eastern shore property situated on a very quiet creek. Lovely pool. Home is comfortably furnished. The internet was not working during our stay which was a bit of a hassle- otherwise a quiet St Michaels escape!

Historic home on the water

The house was renovated and comfortable. The grounds were sprawling and the pool is set away from the house. We had a lot of luck and fun fishing and crabbing! The property manager was initially very responsive when we had a question, but when I notified her that the fire alarms went off two nights in a row in the middle of the night and we were leaving a day early, she never responded, which was odd. We didn't ask for anything, just wanted to let them know that the fire alarm had an issue. I hope the alarm was fixed for the next renters.
