The condo is on the ground floor and the third one from the right end of building 12 across the driveway from the pool. The condo complex is not pet-friendly and smoking is restricted to two areas on the property.

Our condo has a kitchen, one bedroom, one bath, a living room and is located across the street from Kamaole Beach #2 which is great for snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, and sunbathing. Kihei Kai Nani complex has a large pool, shuffleboard, and gas BBQs. The complex has a coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers next to the pool. The condo has an air conditioning (window unit) located in the living/dining area. This condo sleeps 2-4 with a Cal-King bed and Queen size pull-out couch. We provide linens and towels. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD/VCR, Cable Internet, and telephone. Our unit is on the ground floor and has a patio and lawn area.
