Centre Hall Farmhouse

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this updated 1890's farmhouse close to Penn State University (15 mi), Grange Fairgrounds (2.5 miles), and downtown State College (14 mi). In the heart of Penns Valley Amish country, this historic home has beautiful views of the surrounding farmland and mountains.
The space
The first floor has a large kitchen and living room, the second floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the attic is a bonus room that can be used as a bedroom. For those with mobility issues, there are steps to get to the front door as well as 2 stairways within the home. There is a firepit and grill on the right side of the house, and a front porch.
Guest access
You will have sole use of all 3 floors of the historic portion of this home as well as the outdoor space; the first floor addition has been separated and converted for our use as an office (separate entrance), however, we make every effort to not use it when the residential space is in use. We never enter the residential space without notification. Guests will not have access to the office area, garage, or outbuildings-- these are off limits.

While our cancellation policy is strict, we will offer a full refund of our profit should the dates be used another party.
