Five bedroom post modern house with five bathrooms, cathedral ceilings throughout, crown moldings, two master bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor), stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen. Very, very clean and well maintained.

Living room has wood burning fireplace and leads to beautifully landscaped backyard with 20 X 40 swimming pool. Comes with heater and child fence if required. You'll be very comfortable in this spacious and luxurious home. Close to town, beach, movies, house of worships and more. Rental agreement will be sent and , security deposit and $300 cleaning fee is required. Electric is extra. $1,000 per pet

Lovely house, but we missed out on the pool due to owner error

The house is beautiful - tons of space, well kept, clean. However, the owner had recently installed a new filter system in the pool, and it turned cloudy and green after a big storm mid week. When pool professionals came to look at it, they said the owners had misused the new system, causing it to cloud up with gross, green goo. It was unusable for three of five days we were there, not counting the storm (and the pool was the point). People make mistakes, but the owners refused to take accountability for it, blaming it on the storm.

A Wonderful Getaway......

My husband and I shared a wonderful week with our married daughters and grandchildren at this lovely home in Westhampton. The location was great...easy to bike into town and close to the beaches. The house was immaculate and the pool area was spacious for our 10 person family. The owners were most responsive to our needs and we would certainly recommend this rental home to our friends. Thank you Susan and Lewis!

2020 Family vacation

This property and location was perfect for our vacation with children and little grandchildren (ages 3,3,1 and 1). Pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it. The accomadations were great with plenty of open space for the little ones to crawl and runaround and the 5 bedrooms were a big help in allowing the little ones in their own rooms. Every night after dinner we walked around the neighborhhood which was beautiful and people were very friendly. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Relaxing in westhampton

Great house with plenty of space. Great basement game room for the kids. Beautiful pool perfect for relaxing. This house has something for everyone. Susan was very responsive and easy to work with. Will look forward saying at this property again next summer.

Beautiful house!

My family and I stayed at this house last summer for 4 days. We could not have been more comfortable. The house had everything; 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a nice large living room, kitchen, dining area, a TV room, a huge basement complete with a pool table and cozy lounging area to watch TV. Outside was an in-ground pool surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and patio tables and chairs. The house was lovely and had all the comforts of home. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. A good time was had by all!

Wonderful Rental!

Our family lives in Denver but being a NY native makes it very important that our family spends some beach time back in the Hamptons. After an extensive search and knowing what would make our vacation special we chose to rent this property for two weeks during the Summer of 2015. We were not disappointed! The house exudes all the amenities that makes it feel truly like a home. With the three levels of spacious living we were able to enjoy family time together as well as finding quiet time in one of the several rooms. The basement is a whole experience of its own with a pool/ping pong table that our teenage children and friends enjoyed very much. The kitchen is completely equipped for anything from a Lobster bake to baking a 50th birthday cake. The pool is beautifully maintained and we used all the various tables and lounge chairs for days of sunbathing and nightly dinners. The neighborhood is quiet and home is surrounded by lush trees and greenery. Loved the location because I am very well aware of the traffic that one faces when travelling further east. Loved the Farm Stand right up the block for fresh produce and flowers. The owners were a delight to work with and were only a phone call away. I would greatly recommend renting this property and only wished that I could relive turning 50 again. Lovely home and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!

This home is very comfortable for two couples. There are two main bedrooms with master baths. One family can stay downstairs and 2nd family can use the upstairs. Washer / Dryer and kitchen on main floor.
Neighborhood is very quiet with very few cars passing by.
