The dreamiest place in Southern Vermont!
Make wonderful memories at this unique, family-friendly, completely renovated vacation home on 4 private acres. The Hillside Haven is conveniently located near the charming town of Wilmington between Mt Snow and Lake Whitingham for year-round fun in beautiful Vermont.
The Hillside Haven has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with quality linens and natural bath products. In the house you will find an open kitchen/dining/living room, den/TV room, dedicated office space, and lots of room for your family and friends - we even welcome well-behaved dogs! Enjoy the sunset and the leaves changing color from the large windows inside and several comfy seating areas outside which include a private firepit on the hill behind the house.
Located on the Moover route for easy access to Mt Snow.
Downstairs:
Den - enough seating for a large group, smart TV, dedicated separate office space
Bedroom 1 - twin day bed with twin trundle and private bathroom
Bedroom 2 - queen bed and private bathroom
Patio - sofa and covered hang out space
Boiler Room - contains a larger fridge/freezer for additional food storage
Upstairs:
Kitchen - stocked modern kitchen with dishwasher and undercounter fridge
Dining/Living - large room with fireplace, great views, bluetooth speaker
Bedroom 3 - (2) twin XL beds
Bedroom 4 - queen bed with attached/shared bathroom incl. washer+dryer
Deck - BBQ, seating for 2

The Hillside Haven in Wilmington is the ultimate family vacation home. We are two families - 2 sets of parents who are close friends with 3 teenagers who have grown up together between us. We got this house and renovated it so we could enjoy vacations together!
Why they chose this property
Conveniently situated between Mt Snow and Lake Whitingham (AKA Harriman Reservoir), this makes for the perfect year-round vacation home.
What makes this property unique
The house itself is pretty amazing. Built in 1973 and completely renovated 50 years later, we have kept the character but modernized it and added lots of creature comforts making it a great place to hang out in any season.
