Charming Isle of Palms home quietly nestled in one of the nicest areas on the island. Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach as well as only 50 yards from the Isle of Palms Rec center where you will find indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, indoor gym, children's playground, and supervised activities for children.

Whether you are with your family or a group of friends, this is the perfect vacation home in Isle of Palms - in addition to all the amenities inside, you can enjoy the private, quiet back porch that also serves as a dining and outdoor living area as well as the expansive carport area under the house.


Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are equipped with high quality linens and all the comforts of home- TV & DVD in most rooms, bedside tables, dressers, lamps, nice chairs, etc. Master bedroom is located on second floor and includes a queen bed, private balcony with sitting area, walk in closet and full bath with jetted tub. The 2 bedrooms below share a full bath. 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed and 3rd bedroom is ideal for children, including two sets of bunkbeds (sleeps up to 4). Additionally, living room features a sofa bed and a Pack & play is also available.

Kitchen & dining:
Kitchen is equipped with all the cookware & dining ware needed for the most elaborate meals. Dining room table seats 6.

Home is very child friendly. The following items are provided for you to use as needed: pack-n-play, two child gates, high chair, and booster seat.

Location:
Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are countless sites to see, places to shop, and great dining. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. Approx. 1 mile walk to Front Beach where you will find good surfing near the pier; bring your own board or check out the surf shops in the area.

Warm and welcoming

This house was just what was described and needed for our family vacation. Walking distance to the beach!! Loved the screened in porch!! Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion for kitchen is the cooking pans could be updated, but didn’t deter from our stay in the least.

Weekend Getaway

We visited IOP for a long weekend that our daughters were out of school for fall break. We are so happy we chose this house to stay at. It was in a great location, close to the beach, the rec center, and the grocery store, but still quiet. he home was very comfortable. We actually stayed in and watched college football Saturday and it was perfect. I would definitely stay again. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. It was a perfect retreat for our visit.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for part of our kids spring break. It was the perfect location! Not only could we walk to the beach, but we could also walk to a nice local park! Beautiful, clean property. Love the beach decor!

Great location, great house, great host!

Had a great week at this home. The home was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Beach was a 5-minute walk. Had everything we needed including some books, games and beach toys! Even had a Pack-N-Play and high chair for our child! Drennan is a great host and was responsive, helpful and friendly. Hope we can come back soon!

Fantastic location with everything you need

I really enjoyed this house, as did in my family and my parents who joined us! It was very clean, well stocked with pretty much everything you could need, and only a couple of short blocks from the beach right in the heart of the Isle of Palms. Close to pretty much everything! The screened in back porch was perfect for playing cards, enjoying your morning coffee, or gathering for an evening meal. Brennan was quick to get back with me on any questions we had and made the entire process very easy. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful just as shown in pics!

This was a last minute booking and the property was just as listed on VRBO! Location was within walking distance to the beach and a short driving distance to other beach areas. The owners were quick to respond. I would recommend this property for families, a couples get away or a fun trip with friends!

Wonderful Week

We had a quick trip to Isle of Palms for a week and this was a wonderful visit! The house is in a great location - a quick walk to the 30th street beach access - which was a great central spot. The house is great. Comfy couch set up perfect. The back screened in porch is awesome. We loved hanging out there. The master bedroom suite was great as well. Isle of Palms is awesome and access to great great breweries and restaurants is quick and easy. The Mulberry’s were fantastic hosts and easily accessible. Can’t say enough great things!!!

Perfect getaway!

We had the perfect, much needed getaway! It was a 3rd trip to IOP and this was by far the cutest house we have stayed at. It was nice having newly renovated decor and baths. The brad new houses are too big for our family of five. We loved that the den is connected to the kitchen dining area separated by the new fireplace. Somewhat separated but still open enough that whoever is on kitchen duty is still part of the action. The back screened in porch is divine and all morning coffee, breakfasts, dinners, and card games were enjoyed in this space. We love this stretch of beach...active, but not too crowded. We will be back!

Charming spacious convenient home for a vacation

This is a delightful home and we had a wonderful time staying here. All the little touches that were left to make us feel welcomed were very much appreciated. It is decorated nicely and very clean. We loved all the storage room, especially all the drawers in the bedrooms. The kitchen was convenient with well stocked cupboards for plates, glasses, cups, pots & pans and cutlery. Even the pantry cupboard was well stocked with necessary items such as sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, spices and coffee filters. The real plus for us was the gorgeous outdoor propane grill. After we did a good scraping/cleaning, it was great! The upstairs balcony was so pleasant and we loved the screened in back porch. It had a good size table with chairs as well as a small wicker couch. We were a short 5 minute walk to the beach and .9 miles from Harris Teeter, the local grocery store. There were a few minor glitches that were a bit challenging. The downstairs shower faucet was very difficult to work, but we contacted the owner and she gave us the advice we needed. The window in the bunk bed room was no problem to open, but we couldn’t get it closed. I contacted the owner, but haven’t heard back yet. We were also unable to open several windows, but we were grateful for the central air so no real complaints, just an observation. The kitchen faucet is a bit tricky. If one is not observant to angle it just right when turning it off, it slowly starts streaming unnoticed. Other than those few things, our stay was wonderful and we would recommend it to others.

Well equipped house in a fantastic location

We loved isle of palms. It’s a beautiful community. The house was only a few blocks away from the beach. And it’s an amazing beach! So clean and easy to assess from the house. The owner was very communicative and helpful to our questions. The bathrooms were nice and updated. Loved the bunk beds. The family room was comfortable and accessible to Netflix on our downtime. Screened porch was nice. The owner did a great job providing beach toys for our kids and boogie boards. We loved the hose to wash our feet off. Only request would be to update the kitchen: It’s needs a little TLC.

Wonderful family vacation.

Nice home with some nice renovations. Constructive criticism as follows: Refrigerator and freezer were not working when we got there and needs repair. Washing machine needs to be replaced or work done on the balance mechanism- sounded like it was coming apart! The microwave definitely needs to be replaced. There were no washcloths, only 2 hand towels, and one towel per person. We loved the house and location, but the house needs some tender loving care. On the bright side: renovated master bedroom bath is beautiful. The floors are also beautiful. The children loved the bunk beds. Thank you!

House on IOP

This house is in a great location. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a block and a half from IOP's rec center that has a great playground for kids. The furniture is functional but a bit dated. The couch in the living room is too short to lay on. We stayed in January so we didn't get to use the screened in porch very much but it a nice feature.

Comfortable, Clean home in the Perfect Location!

This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Our favorite feature was the huge, private, screened in porch on the back of the house. We spent a lot of time relaxing there. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We flew, so It was especially nice to have a high chair and pack and play for our use. The bathrooms are big and very nice! The location is perfect! It’s about a three minute walk to the beach and the recreation center is right down the road. It’s twenty minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to Mt. Pleasant. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We so enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again someday!
