Located in a 18th c. historical building with interior garden, this apartment has the charm of the old Marais houses with stones and wooden beams, large volumes, wooden floors, bathroom on mezzanine and a refined décoration. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wifi, TV , téléphone). Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay here for four nights in January. The apartment is clean and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood in Le Marais, and a short walk to the Metro and other sites. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay

The checkin process was super simple and informative. The location is perfect if you love food and has quick access to train stops which can get you around town very quickly. The place itself is very clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend for a couple looking to explore paris!

We were pleasantly surprised of how nice this studio is with decent size living room and kitchen. It is centrally located also with close access to shopping, restaurant and bars!

Excellent Parisian Excellent Parisian Experience

This apartment is located 15 minutes walking distance to Notre Dame and 19 minutes to the Louve, with the D'Orsay a little further. A grocery store is across the street. which has everything you need for breakfast. I recommend it highly, plus it's lovely.inything you need for breakfast.

Honeymoon in Paris

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days during our Honeymoon. We absolutely loved the location, it’s so close to the metro and you can walk to so many places as well. We were happy to be able to do our laundry as well before continuing onto our next destination. The home is so charming and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much :)

Marais Loft

This is a cute, quirky, open-concept apartment in the heart of the gay neighbourhood of the Marais that my wife and I rented for two and a half weeks in March 2025. Quirky in that the bathtub/shower/dressing room are up a half flight of stairs and the toilet is separate on the main level. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The decoration and artwork are very pleasing to the eye. The location is ideal for visiting Paris's many attractions with a metro station located close by, and there are many good neighbourhood restaurants and boulangeries.The apartment faces a street that is very busy and noisy (even with the windows closed) at all hours of the day and night, especially in the early morning during daily garbage collection. The web listing correctly reveals that there is no air-conditioning, so it is hard to imagine what the heat and noise would be like with increased tourist traffic during the warmer weather.We enjoyed our stay, but would definitely search for a quieter quartier for our next stay in Paris.

The apartment is charming, central yet still quiet. I particularly liked the excellent communication from the renter in advance of my stay, which answered all my questions before I even needed to ask.

Perfect in Paris!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay --- perfect for us in every way. Starting with the location in the center of Le Marais, a lively, colorful, historic district that is just a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame and a 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Hotel de Ville). The apartment was exactly as pictured online --- decorated in a welcoming Bohemian way; the bed was comfortable; the kitchen was well-outfitted; and the bathroom was large by most standards. Even though the apartment is located in a prime, central area, it was extremely quiet (US second floor), and at night after 8:00 p.m., it was super quiet for a good night's sleep. We were very pleased with the communications of the owner, Marisa, and her assistant, Anelisse, who met us on our arrival, showed us around, and made sure we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book the apartment for our next visit to the perfect city of Paris --- our favorite in the world!

Well located pied-a-terre

Located in the 4th arrondissement of Le Marais where we enjoyed 8 days in February. Very comfortable, quiet, secure property. We walked everywhere. Many major sites no more than a 20 min walk. Eiffel tower was the farthest away at an hour. Hotel de Ville metro is 5 min away for even more convience. Apartment was well supplied, photos shown are a good representation. No problem with communication. Would stay here again.

Paris Experience!

We booked the property for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. Communication with the owner was clear and well-organized. Upon arrival, the property representative greeted us at the apartment and gave us a thorough tour, explaining the functional aspects of the space. The interior design is beautiful and sophisticated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to cook and feel at home.The location is excellent, with an elevator for added convenience. It's within walking distance to historical landmarks, as well as metro and bus stations. We purchased a weekly pass, which allowed us to visit more attractions than we originally planned, making our stay even more enjoyable.The only small downside was the bed, which felt more like a full size rather than a Queen, and the mattress could have been more comfortable. However, we managed to make do with the sofa for additional sleeping space.There is a glass bottle collector on the corner of the street, which can occasionally make noise in the middle of the night, but it didn't significantly affect our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.
