This spacious home on Table Rock Lake has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps 22. Enjoy a private hot tub on the upper deck that overlooks Table Rock Lake, fireplace, large sunroom/game room with pool table, along with a large commercial style kitchen. The downstairs features a private home theater and bar area. Note - there are single steps up and down from room to room.

Amazing / Relaxing Retreat

Every single thing about this place was amazing. The bathrooms, to the location, to the gameroom, to the patio room, everything was amazing. The host was also so quickly to respond to everything and answered questions so quickly. The patio space is amazing with amazing sunset views. Defintely recommend and will 100% be back to this same place!

Big kitchen and pool room

The large kitchen, pool room and back deck was perfect for our large family/friend gathering of 40 people for dinner and evening activities. Would have loved it if the trees were removed from the back so could see view of lake…

Great place

My family and I enjoyed staying at the big blue lake retreat. The master has a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was nice. My wife loved the big kitchen. The hot tub is on the deck overlooking the lake, which is fun, especially in the cold weather. Host was nice too. I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful Place

We loved the huge commercial kitchen! The place is spacious and has a beautiful lake view. We also enjoyed the hot tub and basement theater. Lillie was quick to respond and very friendly. We look forward to booking this place again in the summer!

Very Satisfied

Came in for a church event, and this property suited our needs really well. The kids loved the hot tub. Our host Lily went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and was very quick to respond. It’s a little off the beaten path from the Branson strip, but if you’re looking for something on the lake to enjoy the Ozarks this is a great choice! Private Feedback

Family Vacation on Table Rock Lake

The size and layout of this property were great for our family. We loved the game room with the pool table, the large deck and the large open kitchen. The property was clean and very comfortable; however, it just needed some attention. The hot tub and the theater projector did not work. The pictures in the online listing showed an air hockey table, but that was not there. The lawn also needed mowing. For those reasons, we rate it a 4 star.

Lake stay

First, let me get the negatives out of the way. The biggest problem for us was that the coffee maker wasn’t working (we had a lot of coffee drinkers). However, we notified the staff and got a replacement coffee maker. That aside, we loved our stay at the big blue house. It was plenty big enough for our mini-reunion of 20+ people, we had good parking, and the pool was clean. While the property itself was nice, I would be remiss to not mention the staff. They were helpful, accommodating, patient, and above all, friendly! Lily, Dustin, Trent, and Tom were absolute rock stars and are good people. It sounds cliché, but they treated our (large) family like their own and we 100% enjoyed our stay!

Big enough and nice location

Pros: - partial lake view - good, big, clean hot tub - many bedrooms and clean - big kitchen, two refrigerators - we could rent a boat slip (not included with house, but convenient) - a lot of entertainment options: pool table, games, tvs, hot tub Cons: - only 3 bathrooms which isn’t many if you have enough people to fill all of the beds - lots of “odd” bedroom situations- ie walk through another bedroom to get to the living space, several interior rooms with no window, etc. - missing some odd items: no sponge to wash the dishes, deck chairs had no cushions, etc - a breaker went off and entire section of the house had no electricity or AC. They came to fix it next day but it took a few hours. overall: clean but “quirky” and outdated. It was a great lake place to have a large group for us as the size and location was most important.

Nice and big but has some maintenance issues

The house is very large with lots of rooms and beds for a large group. But there are many maintenance issues that need fixed. Like electrical outlets that don't work. Media for the TV wouldn't work. Hot tub was out of commission (which they comped us for). Doors were broke and wouldn't open or shut properly. Also items that are normally stocked in a kitchen like soap and utensils for cooking were not there or very limited. Overall the place was good and we had a great time. Some of the issues were annoying but overall the stay was very good.

Christmas vacation

The house was very nice but the housekeeping was not up to par. One bed bedding had to be washed before we could sleep in it. It was full of black hair, looked like dog hair. Trash was left in kitchen and few cans of beer were on cabinet and door was unlocked when we arrived. Also kitchen was very nice but looked like a bunch of garage sale utensils were thrown in cabinets and very unorganized. Not expected for price and beauty of the house.
