You cannot ask for more charm than in this darling one bedroom casita. Constructed with real adobe bricks and traditional vigas, Besos is bursting with authentic historic aesthetics, and is nothing short of delightful!

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING
The open concept space is centered around the authentic Kiva fireplace and the flat screen TV. Dining for two is available at the bar in the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking meals at home. A sleeper sofa is available for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The bedroom sports a queen bed. The bathroom is just off of the living room.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Besos has a small but charming fenced patio that is perfect for enjoying our amazing weather with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a home-cooked meal!

Cute Home with an awesome location

This is a gem of a place to stay in Santa Fe. My wife and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. It is located in a great location, within walking distance to Canyon road and the Plaza. Two Casitas also goes out of the way to make you feel welcome.I would definitely stay again.

Secluded casita in the trees

Courtney is awesome, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect getaway. We're from ABQ, short ride up to SF, then find the casita nestled in a tree filled old neighborhood - quiet, tranquil and secluded, but still relatively close to the Plaza (about a mile walk). Small but efficient kitchen space, cozy bedroom and ample bathroom. We enjoyed thoroughly the peace and quiet, even with our Yorkie so excited and barky to be some place new. Got good use of the backyard and BBQ grill, too.

Cute Property- Great Location

The property was a perfect size for me, my husband, and our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and it’s located close to the art district and plaza. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and well stocked. We’d love to stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

A Gem on the Lane

Cold,snow, and a perfect Santa Fe casita! Quiet, walkable area close to Canyon road artists, a bit farther to Plaza. Great layout, nice furnishings. Well stocked kitchen , fireplace superb for this time of year , comfy queen bed, laundry an added bounus, parking at door. Everything immaculate. Totally wonderful ! Would love to visit in every season.

Sweet spot in Santa Fe

Two Casita’s was the perfect spot to stay on one of our stops on our Southwest road trip. We enjoyed the quiet location, the southwest flare of the casita, and the welcome package that was left for us to enjoy! The casita is also very walkable to shopping, the many art museums, and delicious restaurants.

Absolutely 5 stars, best VRBO experience out of 50+ stays

I cannot fully describe how happy my wife and I were with this property, but I will do my best. And let me state that this review was coming directly off of a terrible VRBO experience where a property had facilities that looked straight out of the movie Saw, so our expectations were low and fear level high coming in. First - the area is fantastic. You can walk one block to amazing art galleries, a really good Thai place and other restaurants (expensive but nice ones), and even walking to downtown to the square is a fun and easy exercise that takes 15 or 20 minutes. And heading the other direction, you can do an amazing 8 mile run or hike from the doorstep to the Dale Balls trails all the way to the highest peak of the trail system (talk about jaw dropping views, plus you can do a loop and see all new things, 4 miles up one way, and 4 miles back down another way). The property is maintained to perfection and every surface was clean. I would know: my wonderful spouse is very picky on that subject, and this got the highest marks possible (much to my relief). The layout is excellent for a couple. The queen bed is comfy, pillows comfy, all sheets and linens are white and freshly laundered. There is a separate air conditioning system for each of the three rooms, so you can crank down the AC at night in the bedroom but leave the living area and bathroom warmer (for example). The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. Even the coffee maker and toaster looked like they had never been used. The TV and Internet service is good; there is a nice cable package with all of the basic channels (ESPN, CNN, and yes the vacationer favorite: HGTV). The bathroom is nicely done, and once again every surface is pristine sparkling clean like a 5 star hotel. The water pressure and temp is amazing and is better than our own home. Of course they included bath soap bottles (etc) and a nice giant stack of fluffy white towels (again - looked like they were brand new). Parking is easy and you have your own space on a very quiet side-street. Most of the properties in that area were either not occupied, or else the occupants kept completely to themselves. There was a nice fenced-in small patio area which was also nice, especially to let our pugs roam around. Communication was excellent. I had no issues but everything was clearly texted to me in advance and upon conclusion of our stay. In summary, this is a true 5 out of 5 ... no rounding up!
