Gorgeous 3 bed/2 bath home in the Lely subdivision of Naples! The property is absolutely stunning, and was completely remodeled in 2020. New pool and spa in 2022 with no-see-um enclosed Lanai. Perfect for couples, families or anyone who wants a nice change of scenery. This home comes fully furnished, all kitchen supplies needed to cook in-home meals, linens, towels, beach chairs, and 2 bikes. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Walking distance to clubhouse, pool, spa, and on-site restaurant. 15 minute drive to beautiful Marco Island Beach. *No players club access. Option to have pool heated for $35/day
