Nice little spot. Really convenient for anyone needing to be in the downtown or surrounding area. Only downside is parking, as the only option is paying the meter or paying for the parking garage.

There was a mix up on the housekeepers part but the management responded fairly quickly. My only complaint would be the parking situation and the sofa being fabric rather than vinyl. It is party central area and the sofa soaked up all the smells. Vinyl cleans up nicely.
I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The rental was very cute, comfortable, had the amenities I needed, and I had no major issues during my stay. I enjoyed getting to come back to hang out after work. While I didn’t go out, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only downsides were the odor in the hallway downstairs and the blinds not being long enough to cover the windows. Would definitely book again.

Cigarette odor
The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is ver nice. The Sumatra coffee for the keurig is delicious. The location in relation to the Capitol is great. The downside is the smell and general condition/feel of the rugs and space. The carpet as you enter the building is old and pretty battered and dirty looking. The intense cigarette smell when you enter the building is overwhelming. Since the same carpet that is in the building is in the apartment stairway and bedroom, there is an overall feel of somewhat dirty and cigarette smell - even though it's clean. The smell really permeates the space. I was also unaware there were two flights of stairs. Not a deal breaker by any means but with luggage, would have been good to know.
The apartment was great for the most part. It looked just like the pictures. There was just two problems we occurred… neither of which are necessarily the owners fault, but definitely still worth something to consider if you’re going to be spending your money on a place to stay.
The first being the apartment complex itself reeked of smoke. The hallways leading to the apartment were almost unbearable. That being said, the smell definitely leaked into this apartment. Although not as strong, you are definitely gonna get some residual smell of smoke from the other tenants.
The second problem was parking. When I asked the manager if the property he said there was street parking around that cost 1.50 an hour 8-5. They must have changed it since the last time he checked because parking was $4 an hour 8-5. So if you are gonna stay here be prepared to pay ontop of the rental price for parking.
The apartment itself was great, clean, and modern. But, there were some accompanying things that were less than ideal.
