You'll feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, split floor plan home with Hot Tub, Solar Panels, Water Softener and Strip Views in a guard-gated active adult community. Clubhouse is amazing! Pickleball and tennis courts, two Olympic-sized pools. Bocce ball, pool tables and so much more. Fitness, water aerobics and Pilates classes on site are booked through MindBody. Our home sits high on the hill in the community of Heritage. You'll love sitting under the shade in the backyard and taking in the lights of the Las Vegas strip, or spend the evening relaxing in the hot tub. Low-maintenance yard with lemon tree. Adjustable beds in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Home can be furnished or unfurnished. Housekeeper available every two weeks for additional fee.
