Gourmet barbecue and wood-fired oven pizza. Great lap pool for swimming and lighting for evening bath, integrated with a steam room, with whirlpool. Room of rest and a full bathroom with hot and cold shower. Broadband internet (wireless) and twelve points for cable TV. Parking for five cars, boiler of 800 liters for solar heating and a total capacity of 24,000 liters. It also has the constant guarantee of comfort due to the emergency generator 30 kva (serves the whole house).
