With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room there's a comfy spot for everyone! All bedrooms have high-def, flat-screen TVs! Your living room makes a great space for time with your family or friends, enjoying a movie on the 55 inch flat screen hi-def Smart TV, playing a game, or just simply relaxing! Not to mention, that your two sofas are so comfy and long, that if needed, they too can serve as additional sleep space during your stay!

Each of your 4 bedrooms are unique with their own special professionally decorated and tropical-themed motif! Additional unit upgrades feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and should you choose to cook, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Your condo has porcelain tile throughout and marble tile flooring in the baths. The inside square footage totals over 2500 sq ft!

Beautiful property!

This property was beautiful and met all our needs. Debra was amazing to work with and responded to all our questions. The property manager was also very quick to respond when the water filter in the fridge needed to be changed. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very clean and luxurious place.

We rented this place for the thanksgiving week and family came down to spend it with us. We had grandchildren and great grandchildren. There were beach toys and chairs to use. They had lots supplies in the kitchen so cooking was a breeze. The place was perfect for all our needs.

We really enjoyed our Spring Break and your condo. It was perfect for my family, which consisted on my parents, in-laws, my son and my husband and myself. The grandparents enjoyed sitting out and being able to see the ocean. I highly recommend this place as it had all the amenities and more. We love Kingston Plantation and everything it has to offer. This is my third time staying there but this was by far the best time. Weather was wonderful too.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare tasty meals. The comfortable, quality furnishings made even the time we spent inside enjoyable. The ocean view from bedrooms and living area is awesome! There’s plenty of seating on the balcony, offering a full view of the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to any issues or to communicate to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! We highly recommend Margate 1007 and look forward to returning!

This condo is exactly as described...a beachfront beauty!! It was very spacious and well decorated with plenty of room for the nine of us. The location was fabulous being right on the beach and next to the pier. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub but only wished there was another larger pool with a bar. We highly recommend this property and would definately stay there again. Thank you!!!

Wonderful Condo!

This is a very spacious and well equipped condo. It is apparent that the owners have gone above and beyond to make theirs a comfortable and inviting place for all those who stay. We hope to return for another visit next year. The condo is prettier in person than in pictures. Debra was helpful from the beginning of the process until the end of the visit. The Margate is a wonderful building.

Accommodations were perfect for our month long stay.

Kitchen had every appliance we needed plus some. Comfortable living room space with plenty of seating. Large, spacious balcony with plenty of seating. Beautiful ocean views - sunrise & easy beach access. Even though it was a bit cool we were able to use the outside heated pool & hot tub. Margate front desk staff very friendly & welcoming. Great location & was able to walk to the fitness facility (extra fee) & used the new pickleball courts. Owner very easy to work with. Hope to return!
