Elegant and modern single-family home with a view of Kyle Field and campus from the bedroom upstairs! The drive time is only 8 minutes to Texas A&M University Campus, making Retreat at the Estates the perfect place for you, your family, and friends to stay for an Aggie Game Weekend! The shuttle stop located on the corner of the property Ring Dance, Bus 27 takes you to campus so you can avoid traffic and parking.

Retreat at the Estates is just blocks from many eateries, family activities, and local parks! Chuys and BJ’s Brewhouse make for a great family dinner spot or place to grab a drink before the game, for your family outing, you could go to Spirit Ice Arena for ice skating, Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater for the summer music series, or the Grand Station for bowling or laser tag!

As you enter the bright, open, and spacious floorplan, you will be greeted with high ceilings, large windows with natural light gleaming in, a farm table for eight guests, and a high-end kitchen with quality appliances, gleaming countertops, and fully stocked cabinets with thoughtful amenities for all, bar seating at the huge island too! Are you a bartender, there is a minibar filled with glasses, an ice bucket, and also a sphere-shaped ice cube maker in the pantry, fill them, freeze them, and create your favorite cocktails!

The living room features a huge, comfy, cozy, 75-inch Smart TV that is excellent for family or friend movie nights or watching the Aggies play!
Upstairs you are welcomed by four wonderfully expansive bedrooms each containing smart TVs, spacious closets, and a full bathroom for every room. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed! The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom features another king-sized bed. The fourth bedroom includes two full over full adult-rated bunk beds with comfortable mattresses, maybe too comfy for the kids that will sleep in all day! Cozy linens and tasteful décor included in each room for a great night’s sleep! The bunkroom even features a small desk and lamp to work remotely if you must! We also include a Pack n' Play for guests with infants.

For a relaxing evening, take a swim at the community pool, be sure to bring your sunscreen and beach towels…if it’s too cold for a swim, head across the street for some shopping at Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Big Lots and Shoe Carnival or a quick lunch at Salato, Cici’s Pizza, Aji Sushi. Take the kids for a snow cone at Bahama Bucks… guys don’t fret, walk over to Champions Shoot Range for some friendly competition!

Retreat at the Estate is the perfect spot for a fun Game Day Weekend, gatherings with family and friends, or just a relaxing retreat. For an evening stroll take a walk through the beautiful Wolf Pen Creek trail system. Retreat at the Estates truly makes you feel like you are experiencing a vacation!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to stay.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOW AT THE RETREAT AT THE ESTATES. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agree prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit, and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is in the Pet Addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is strictly enforced. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.


11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. NO GRILL

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in the large dumpsters at both ends of the complex per the City of College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.

Wonderful Memories

Our family… four families really, stayed here a few days surrounding our son’s wedding and the entire process of renting this house was simple and quick! The property is exactly like the pictures show - large living spaces, huge bedrooms, and everything you need for a great stay. Towels, comfy bedding, small appliances, and a huge kitchen made our trip so much better. Safe neighborhood, lots of private parking, and a newer construction home are what you’ll get. This will be our “go to” property whenever we’re in the area. Thanks for the amazing stay!
