This is a ground floor condo. It has one bedroom in a soft camel color to snuggle you at your bed time while you enjoy watching a big plasma tv. The bathroom is a soft light green walls and turquoise and white towels for a soft dry. The shower has a rain head and regular head in front for a real rain forest shower. The living room is a light green with navy decor, and a 45' t.v. for your enjoyment. The living room and kitchen have an open space for better mingling and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The patio has an opening to the living-room and the bedroom. The patio has a table and chairs for you to sit back and relax while having a nice cool drink and day dreaming. This condo is in section E on the ground floor right in front of the heated pool. It is walking distance to the beach. The property has beautiful gardens through out. Recently remodeled kitchen has a dishwasher, blender, coffee-pot, French press coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, pots & pans, dishes & utensils and granite counters with 3 pendulum lighting over stove, with under cabinet lighting and over the top cabinet. This unit also has a washer/dryer unit in the closet for your use. [0

My stay at Floras Tiki condo was amazing even with a little mishap at the very beginning Flora fix it immediately and did whatever she could do to get it fixed. Being right next to the pool was so nice and easy. The location was perfect. The condo was very clean and spacious. I would 100% stay again.

The Best Stay on South Padre!

I love this stay because it’s perfect for just unwinding. The location from the room to the pool is very convenient and the fact that it’s on the first floor for my mother who is disabled was even better. Flora communicates well with guests and easy to work with. Don’t pass this Gem up if you get the chance.

Tiki 151

I have just had the pleasure of starying at Tiki !51 . Used as a base to visit Spacex operations at Starbase Boca Chica. 151 condo was well appointed and on the ground floor which was a bonus. 151condo itself was kitted out with all the essentials with the bonus of a very comfortable bed I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at 151 Tiki as a good base for all your South Texas adventures.

Great Condo!

Great location! Condo had everything and was clean. We love SPI and would totally stay here again. The grounds on the condo were so nice and loved that the pool was so close. Washer and dryer came in handy. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Location Location Location!

It was a perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a few weeks! The apartment was a very short walk to the beach - we walked at least 5 miles every day enjoying the sand and surf. The apartment was just the right size for 2 people. It was great to have a patio and was right next to the pool for easy access. We also loved being across the street from the bird sanctuary and really enjoyed Sea Turtle Inc.

Great little condo

Has everything you need! I especially like that it has a washer and dryer. It’s quite and access to beach is with in a few minutes walk. The pool is a few steps away.

Completely enjoyed our stay!! Unit was clean and close to pool. Only complaint is the bedroom wouldn’t cool off, though the bathroom was freezing. I would still recommend this property!!

Nice place to stay

It stated for a 4 person stay, but i would recommend only two. That is unless you have small kids. Nice place with full cooking capacity. I loved the fact that it had a stackable washer and dryer. Near the beach. The only bothersome thing was the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. Enjoyed our trip.

Heated Pool to the Rescue!

Our stay was very nice in spite of a couple of hickups and very poor weather..

Overall the property was as advertised, it was clean and nicely decorated. We did have an issue with the furnace going out which turned out to be a short in the furnace. Complex maintenance got it fixed within a few hours. The complex pool heater was out of order for most of our stay, it was fixed for the last three days or so. The location of the condo relative to the beach was great.

Fun at SPI

I and three girlfriends stayed at SPI for two nights. Flora's condo was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotless, and the decor was very inviting. The location is perfect! Very easy walk to the beach and several restaurants/bars. Check-in and check-out process was simple. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Why they chose this property

This property complex has access to the pool and beach. You can enjoy the beautiful gardens that this property has to offer. Our condo is one the ground floor and on the inside of the complex, which cover the north wind and has a great south wind breeze in the summer. The wonderful view of the firework display every Friday and Holidays are fantastic.
