The House at Richardson Creek is a beautiful, serene place to stay with a large family or group. The buildings have all been designed and built with obvious care, and the outdoor spaces and the barn are perfect for people to hangout. Although the communication was a bit spotty, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the space was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend!
We highly recommend this property. We enjoyed all that it had to offer. Nicely decorated, clean, great sleeping areas and fun entertaining and gathering areas.
What a beautiful property! It’s even better than the photos. The house is spacious and very clean. Host was communicative and accommodating. Everything we needed was there! Would stay here again!
The house was beautiful and looked exactly what the imagines showed. Super clean and had everything we needed.
John was a great host who was responsive, and was supportive. We highly recommend this place to anyone!
We had a board retreat at this location and it was great for the important work we needed to accomplish. Ample outdoor space around two fire pits and a creek. We used the large garage building as a meeting space and it worked wonderfully. A fantastic setting for our group of 10! The host was easy to get a hold of, flexible, and provided additional firewood within minutes of asking!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the House at Richardson Creek. With a large family, it was important to have enough space for everyone both inside and outside of the home as well as multiple areas for people to escape to. This home offers exactly that.
What an incredible property and layout!! I thought the pictures were amazing but being in the house, the barn and the backyard were mind blowing in person. There are so many different places to breakaway and visit in. The kids loved all of the variety the property had to offer and felt so safe with the fully contained backyard. We will definitely be staying here again for our family reunions and getaway's. Strongly recommend this place for large groups that want to have it all!
Flabbergastingly amazing chic but comfortable and private spread of amazing accommodations.
I could not more highly recommend John and Todd and their properties. I was truly shocked to arrive to two giant lots even more refined, well appointed, and comfortable you can see online. Classy without any pretense. Private. Unique. Todd and John worked with us to create a damn near perfect retreat and we’re so generous in many ways. Nowhere like this in WA—I looked! 🙏
No detail was overlooked in this expertly-designed retreat: the beautiful aesthetic of each room, abundant relaxing seating for conversation and dining, fully-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds made our stay a delightful getaway. This property is close to all conveniences, yet feels like a remote estate. Outdoors is just as charming as the inside, as the babbling brook enhances your mini-golf and fireside soundtrack. We can't wait to visit again!"
We were a family ranging in age from 4 months to 94. The space worked well for all of us. Lots of single beds, which gave us much more flexibility than some rentals that have king and queen-sized beds. We appreciated the simple additions - toys, high chair, child-sized sink and table/chairs. Plenty of bedding. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fabulous with two dishwashers (!!) a big oven, 2 sinks, and enough room for many of us to work on cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. The dining table was HUGE and fit all 16 adults and 3 children comfortably. No need to drag in more chairs and tables. The property is located on a busy road, which at first glance seemed like a negative. HOWEVER, once in the house, you aren't aware of the road and the house and adjoining outbuildings are totally oriented toward a very well manicured and peaceful backyard. The only time you're aware of the road is when you arrive. The backyard was well-fenced with a creek, bridge and two outdoor firepits. Lots of room for kids to run around. The putt putt golf was a nice addition.
We have had an annual Thanksgiving family gathering for the past 15+ years and this place got a "thumbs up" from all of us. Best place we've stayed at that fit a large group well. We're already reserved for 2025!
