Our villa is secluded, off the beaten track, and is for someone looking for a quiet time and out of the hustle and bustle of Pokhara. The last 300m of the road to the villa is an unpaved but drivable road.

The villa is a fresh, minimal & fun space with modern decor, a space created for you to just be yourself. It has 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms.

It comes with a functional kitchen & all the required appliances. Ideal space for work-from-home setup with high-speed 200mbps internet.

At The Pipal Tree, we strive to provide the perfect base from which to enjoy it all! The entire villa has been tastefully decorated to the highest standards in Nepal, with your comfort in mind. We pride ourselves on being able to provide you with all the comforts of home, with a warm and friendly atmosphere - a real home from home!

Our Villa is a mountain escape with spectacular valley views of the Annapurna range, Pokhara city, sunrise and sunset. It is nestled amongst native bushland in a tranquil pocket of Pokhara, the area called Methlang.

The Villa is about 10 mins drive to the center of the city and 15 mins drive to the key tourist strip of Lakeside.

Bedroom One:
Queen bed (on the ground floor) with bathroom just outside the room

Bedroom Two:
Queen bed (on the first floor) with bathroom just outside the room

Bedroom Three:
As an attic with two single beds

All freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two full bathrooms located on each floor.

Living Space:
The open-plan kitchen and dining space flows out into a spacious lounge with the infinity pool and the Annapurna Himalayas

Kitchen:
Cooks will love our kitchen, with brand-new appliances and plenty of space. All crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, and utensils are provided for you to whip up a family feast.

Outdoor Spaces:
Infinity Pool with sunloungers and plenty of area with outdoor seating.
