Sitting oceanside, this house has a spectacular view of the Baie Saint-Mary with a short walk to Grandy’s beach, Université Sainte-Anne and the local social club. Come eat lobster, play a round of golf, and enjoy small town life. Oceanview Retreat boasts 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen/living space, and more. The space
This newly renovated house has a large deck with BBQ and ample space to take in the views of Saint-Mary’s Bay. The outdoor space also has a 7 Person Saltwater Hot Tub. Inside the house, there are 5 private bedrooms (4 queens and 1 king) with each their own smart TV, 2 private bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and living room area with a TV that has a Amazon fire stick with Netflix and YouTube. The living room also has a large corner couch that pulls out into a queen bed.

For all you golf lovers, Clare Golf and Country Club is a short 5 min drive away. Come and enjoy a challenging, but fair, 18 hole golf course Afterwards, stop in for a drink and great food at the 19th hole! They’re not called the 'friendly club' for nothing!
