Direct bay front condo with an outdoor pool and awesome sunsets. This condo offers one bedroom, one full-bathroom and an open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large, furnished patio off of the living area that leads directly out to the pool and waterfront. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television and two convertible chairs that convert to single beds or can be combined to form a double bed. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, elevator and onsite parking. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, parks and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #69162
