+ Unauthorized Guests: $50 per person for unauthorized overnight guests. Reservation may be canceled if deemed unsuitable by the host.
+ Trash & Cleaning: Dispose of trash in black garbage carts. Additional $150 cleaning fee for untidy spaces.
+ Property Care: Avoid eating or drinking on beds. Excessive stains may incur a $50 cleaning fee.
+ Keys: Lost keys may incur a $75 replacement fee.
+ Late Checkouts: Unauthorized checkouts incur $25 per 30 minutes. Past 1 PM may result in a full-day rate.
+ For stays longer than 7days, a mid-stay cleaning fee is $150 per week is required.
+ Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM.
+ Package Delivery: We do not recommend ordering packages. We are not responsible for lost/delayed deliveries.
+ Report disturbances to the host immediately. Non-compliance may result in reservation termination.
